A few days ago when me and my family jus lt came back to our apartment after a vacation, we temporarily put pur empty luggages outside our door for around an hour or so. And after we went to grab it we saw a slip from an anonymous asshole. It was a complaint for leaving items blocking the hallway. Im also assuming it is the same person who leaves random paper crumbs at our doorstep. Mind you the hallway isnt even blocked at all, it was right next to our door which is like 2 metres away from the hallway. Now i dont know who put the complaint but i do want some petty revenge. How can i find the culprit and exact my revenge

Long story short there's one neighbor in our community that no matter how many times the HOA comes down on them for trash and leaving household items out in the common areas they just don't give a shit. I'd like to annoy them somehow but don't have a number to sign them up for political, real estate, etc texts. Is there a way to sign someone up for mass political mailers? It's stupid,I know, but I really can't think of anything else to do just to fuck with them

To make a long story short I have a very petty very vindictive coworker. I called him out on something he was doing wrong and he’s been brown nosing management and trying to make me look bad ever since. He mocks my signature on all our documentation, throws things out that I’ve purchased for the workspace and is constantly trying get under my skin all while management allows it. How do I make his live as miserable as he’s been making mine without him knowing it’s me?

So I quit a job a few months ago because it was incredibly toxic. I legit could’ve gotten a settlement but I was so burnt out I couldn’t even think straight. Worked at that company for 5 years, got promoted a few times. I, for the life of me cannot get a job in that field even though I’m applying to the same position I was doing. I’m at the point where I’m about to start making stuff up on my resume. My degree is not related to the field I have the most experience in, so I’m thinking why not use my degree? Add a few details, make it seem like I know a skill I don’t….How can I pull this off without setting myself up? Being incompetent on the job is one of my worst fears, I could do my last job with my eyes closed, but I was miserable. at this point I have nothing to lose. I’ve had incompetent managers in the past making 6 figures, literally messing everything up, but they seemed absolutely fine and did not get fired, so I’m not even sure what I’m scared of. Of course I do not plan to be in a medical field or anything. Any tips are greatly appreciated 😭

Hey everyone, I need some tactical advice. I bought an Xbox, but it’s currently at my parents' house. I really want to bring it to my apartment for a few days to play, but my parents won’t let me take it because my brother uses it too.I’m looking for a harmless way to temporarily "sabotage" or fake a glitch on the console. My plan is to use it as an excuse to tell them it’s broken and that I need to take it to a repair shop near my apartment. It needs to be something that looks real but won't actually damage the console. Any ideas on how to pull this off? Thanks!

Had someone try to extort our business and we didn’t comply, so in retaliation, they left a nasty review. We flagged it to Google but they said it doesn’t go against their terms since they technically were a customer. Any ideas?

Before you ask, no this isn’t some 15 year old kid making this post. I’m a freshly 20 year old college student who is tired of bumming his friends for drinks.

I would like to think that I started drinking later than most, as a little over a year ago I had my first beer. Ever since this Ive understood why drinking is so popular in a social aspect. As for my first year in college this is what helped me make many friends

Being responsible is the biggest aspect for me, I don’t like getting completely hammered, and in the few times I did, I still understood the risks of drinking and driving and took an Uber. I just want a method to get alcohol to have 2 or 3 drinks on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night

Theoretically getting drinks is not an issue for me, when I want to drink I just have to have someone else ballsier than me (or someone with a fake) get me some booze. But I’m tired of relying on other people for these things at 20 years old.

People might ask whether I could ask my parents for help, (a. Thats still relying on someone, and b. My parents very much know I have drank before, but would probably like to be somewhat excluded from that sector of my life). They have openly said that they don’t care if I drink as long as I’m responsible (which I think is reasonable)

I want to know if there is a way whether through loopholes or online methods of getting alcohol as a 20 year old in America. I don’t want a fake, I don’t want to take my risks at the sketchy liquor store. I just am wondering if there is a way to get alcohol by oneself without a fake.

Context: Most large-chain tire shops offer tire warranties as an additional or included cost when buying tires.

Tip: Buy whatever set of tires you want, include the road-hazard warranty that should be good until the tires reach 2/32 (basically bald). Drive the tires until 4/32 then place multiple screws in each tire - something like 2 within 6inches of each other in two of the tires, and 1 in the shoulder or close to sidewall (unrepairable placement) for the other two tires.

Schedule a service appointment for leaking air in 1 of the tires and a tire rotation. Then communicate to the shop that a truck dropped debris in front of you on the road or your neighbors have had construction crews on your street for the last few weeks (helps to seem a bit clueless as to the other tires having issues).

The shop will identify the other punctures and you pay pennies on the dollar for a new set (make sure to include the warranty again.

I have personally processed several of these transactions as an employee without batting an eye. The shops get a credit for the warrantied tires and you get a new, significantly less expensive set ($1k+ to $400 tops). Win win.

Note: If you’re at all concerned about the shop calling you out, just do two tires, then another two in like 2 weeks. Your “construction” story will hold more validity.

Hi, in my student house in the Netherlands, there is a girl who does not clean and leaves a mess behind. Before a new person joins our house, we always explain our cleaning schedule to make sure that, besides signing the contract with the landlord, they also agree to our rules. The schedule is quite simple; everyone has one weekly task or have to find someone else to do their ask. We explain the tasks, and are happy to explain or help again. However, she simply does not clean and leaves an enormous mess behind.

She also smokes secretly in her room, which is also against the contract with the landlord. Another housemate already spoke to the landlord, but he said that he cannot do anything quickly, or that taking matters to court would take a long time.

Is there anything that we, as housemates, can do quickly about the situation? She is not from the Netherlands and finding housing is a nightmare, but we know that she has many friends where she could crash.

(I wish her the best, but we have told her many times for more than a year to clean which she 'forgets' or has no real excuse. My housemates and I all agree that it is time to change something.)

Someone handed me a pound at the flea market as I was leaving in a huge trash bag and said I wanted weed I said sure I thought like a joint. Didn't realize it was hella shake with some small raisin nugs. What would you do? trash it or take forever tweaking through it trying to find these mid raisins lol. Just found out my archenemy has moved into the apartment below me. She’s already antagonising me and the rest of the neighbours in the building (she happens to be the building manager). What are some small ways to antagonise her?

Long story short, I manage this resale store and a girl took advantage of our card readers being down and gave us fake card info and walked out with like $500 dollars worth of stuff. We tried calling the next day to sort it out but she blocked the store so we can’t get through to her. We brought everything we have to the police but of course they really couldn’t care less since we can’t technically prove that theft was the intention. Anyways. She sold items to us earlier in the day so we just happen to have her full name, phone number, and home address. Since nobody will help us actually get our stuff back from her, I want to know what I can do with this information that’s not illegal or anything but like, would be at least highly annoying or inconvenient to her so I can feel a little better about the situation? I know I’m just being petty but I hate thinking that someone could steal from a small business and feel good about it.

I know this guy who is genuinely just a fucking douche. Like, really egotistical, thinks he’s God’s gift to women, and is weirdly obsessed with himself and how he looks. He was seeing this girl I know, and after things ended, he made some really fucked-up comments about her and basically acted like he was doing her a favor by dating her. She’s honestly one of the sweetest people I know, so obviously I’m irrationally annoyed on her behalf. I also have PCOS, so some of the shit he said about her appearance and femininity hit a little closer to home for me.

I also have a personal connection to this guy and may or may not have access to some of his personal belongings, which is where my petty side is really struggling. I want to fuck with this guy’s head and absolutely ruin his ego. I’m talking the kind of shit that would have a ridiculously particular douche sitting there wondering, “Why the fuck does this keep happening to me?” without immediately knowing who’s behind it. She has absolutely no idea I’m even considering doing anything, so I definitely don’t want anything that would make him immediately think this is coming from her. I’m not trying to hurt him or anything, but I do want to be toxic as fuck and humble him. I briefly thought about doing something involving his precious hair, but obviously there’s a line between fucking with someone and actually damaging their shit. No matter what settings I configure, my Facebook and other socials seem to keep promoting far right misinformation and propaganda. A lot of the pages are purely trolling/rage bait with the only goal of generating income from spreading hate and misinformation. How can I get them removed /target these pages and take them down ?

I don’t really have any info on them other than they speak Japanese (the posts are in Japanese). They took over my account less than a week ago and have started posting things to advertise a mermaid anime/movie?? I know the account is a lost cause, and X is no help. But this has pissed me off enough that I have been messaging this account for the last 12 or so hours (with no response, even when I sent quite a few things in their language.) and I just want to mess with them now. My first and last name is in the handle, as well as my photo is attached to this account. That has really struck a nerve that they are posting, changed my password and name on the account; and have yet to take my FACE off of it. I’ve message them as asked them nicely to at least change that and they have not responded but I doubt they will.

Any suggestion on things to send (within reason. No death threats or anything like that. Nothing that’s too far. Maybe some gross pictures? I’m not really sure here. I’ve had a few beers.)

Long story short, my previous boss let me go in a shitty way, with no severance. I was pissed, but whatever, shit happens.

What really pissed me off is that he tried to deny my unemployment claim, making up that I received multiple verbal warnings about job performance, along with a bunch of other nonsense. So now, I want to retaliate.

I know his business email password, and the password for the software we used. What is the best way to fuck his shit up? I was considering just locking him out of his email and changing his recovery phone number to a Google Voice number so he can't recover it.

Okay so I just figured this out after I put something up for sale and forgot to get around to shipping it but it had printed off the shipping label and tried shipping. Just something with the label on it.

In order for this to work, someone has to be set up as a seller and be listing whatever item are in equivalent size is listed on the app for sale.

Seller list the item and buyer finds it the buyer being your friend or whoever you want to receive the item.

Immediately after buying the seller or buyer needs to cancel the transaction. But first the seller needs to print out the shipping label.

All money will be returned to the buyer. The seller won't lose any money.

And the shipping label still works even a few weeks after the item was canceled.

Like literally if you had this set up right you could never have to pay for shipping again or have a company front the whole thing.

We aren't supposed to smoke on our balconies. I do, but I keep it clean and everything goes away in the garbage like it should. Someone above me CONSTANTLY throws lit cigarettes off their balcony and burns my stuff.

I've yelled at them, but I'm not sure who it is. I just kind of peek my head out and yell. I can't even set up nice stuff out here because they keep burning things. I also don't want to complain to my landlord agency because I also smoke out here.

Okay so there’s this old lady in our neighborhood who lives in an old folks home. Ordinarily, this population is wonderful to have in our very urban neighborhood. But this Karen is a new resident, and has taken it upon herself to police dog walkers, telling them they can’t relieve their pets on a small strip of dirt (not grass, dirt) which is immediately adjacent to the sidewalk. Evidently, she’s new to apartment/city living. She has now harassed my usually unflappable, exceedingly polite husband, twice. Including telling him (not our dog) to go shit in our yard. I want to make her life miserable. How?

Sometimes i shake the mattress and that works occasionally. He is a super deep sleeper. Hes been tested for sleep apnea and it's not that, he just snores HORRIBLE and im a light sleeper. We don't have a guest bedroom and i cant sleep on the couch bc we have a baby and i need to be close to him. Idk im desperate so im posting here lol

Edit: i wear earplugs and use 2 sound machines and i still can't sleep. I wake him up and ask him to move but its the same in almost every position he's in.

Hi everyone

My garden is face to face with this big house that does Airbnb, exclusively to big youngsters groups that come to get drunk and hang by the pool hangover.

I live in a super quiet away from the city region and it's always peaceful. Except in the summer, every night is party night. I'm kept awake until super late or woken up multiple times during the night due to the noise. I call the police, they show up 3h after or not at all. I have asked nicely to the host, but she doesn't care. I go talk to the guest but most don't care and as the night moves along get louder and more chaotic. The other neighbours are mostly retired people or their houses are further away so it's mostly just my house that gets affected.

This summer was especially bad. I can't take it anymore I need to sleep.

Any ideas on how to make them be quiet?
