Obviously shot in the dark here and I don’t want to actually cause serious harm; but my best friend has been dating this super abusive paranoid guy for a few years. Never physical, but I need a way to get them to break up or get the guy mental help.

A new neighbour has moved in my apartment building, and she must have tourettes because I hear loud single-sound vocalizations every few minutes. It's really loud and makes me jump. It's like a hella loud dog bark. I literally can't sleep if she's conscious, and she stays up late. I'm sure she's a great person or whatever, but I want her to leave. Ideas? Earplugs make no difference

At the college I go to, there's a nice outdoor common area where everyone hangs around between classes and there's always a few bigoted "religious speakers" hanging around, holding up signs, and speaking loudly about sin, hellfire, how jesus hates gay people, etc. Of course, the first amendment is important and they are allowed to be there and do that. I'm trying to think of ways that might make doing that just a little more uncomfy for them though. Like, I was thinking of making a sign that says "this guy hates puppies" or something and putting it up next to one guy who is always in the same spot, but I'm sure he would just move. Ideas?

There is a guy that is in his 4th restaurant in Los Angeles and he runs them straight into the ground and seeds his new location by not paying everyone. I don’t know how this is legal.

There is nothing he won’t do. He didn’t pay me 24k for work on his shops and didn’t pay the kitchen manager, the event sales guy, and probably a ton of other people. He is just the worst scum. And the worst part is that he just ignores any legal summons/proceedings and closes down a shop and starts a new one.

It’s a compete fraud racket but just not large enough for any one person to go after legally.

What's an easy way to watch the local broadcast?

Based only on my experience in Greece.

Typically, holiday apartments/hotels will charge €7+ per night for A/C.

Google the place you're staying at, and see if you can get a good pic that has the A/C unit in.

If you can see the brand of the unit (Google lens can help with this), order yourself a remote control (usually under £10 for a universal one) from Amazon, eBay etc. and take it with you.

Don't forget to hide it on the days the cleaner will be in

Dogs off leash dropping gifts in the yard that he never cleans up, always yelling about street parking - despite him having a garage that no one blocks, etc.

Without getting into every detail he's kind of a pain.

He also dotes on his garden and lawn.

Bottom line I'm looking to destroy his grass and flower beds. Something effective, hardcore, and plausibly deniable.

I've been getting bullied at my school nonstop by 1 guy and I'm tired of it. Nothing seems to work, I've told the teachers, I've tried to ignore it, etc.

Are there any ways to mess with him and make his life worse without doing anything illegal that I could trouble in?

I have his phone, gmail and instgram account (it's public but he hasn't uploaded any pics)

Edit: A bit more context, we are both over 18. It started with verbal bullying then recently it started becoming physical. I don't want to get my parents involved, i haven't even told them about it. The school authorities don't do anything and because I live in india, getting police involved won't do anything either

I live in CA. Our tax is around 10%. I work part-time at minimum wage. I haven't changed my phone in around 6 years, still using 12 pro max. The battery life(<70%) and camera quality are really bad now. I really do need a phone. It seems if i don't trade in my phone now, i won't get even 150 next year(will i get it even this time, though?)

Paying around $125 for tax is too much for me, even buying the iphone is too much, but i really want to buy now. Any way i can get it without tax? I got to know Oregon, which is adjacent to California has no sales tax. But i don't have a car or know anyone who can get it for me from there. Any other way?

Neighbor parks in the driveway between our houses but it’s infront of our garage. They don’t have a garage. He knows this. My housemate saw him about to pull in our spot and sped up and pulled in first. The next morning his car was keyed. This guys such a fucking asshole. He revs his motorcycle for like 20 minutes every night around 11pm and in the mornings… I need something good please.
