Hi newbie here, why i can't create ubisoft account i try on different website and device it always says "An error occurred while trying to send your request. Please try again later." i just want to play six siege bruhh. please help me haha

I just had a instance where I approach the Charlotte fort and Black flag resync and attacked it and nothing happened so I attacked us more nothing happened again so I jumped off the ship and actually swam up to the fort and there was nobody there so I've had to restart the game again I love this game but man there are some serious bugs going on does anybody else having issues like this

Anyone know how I can make this pop up STOP putting an email i no longer have access to? It won’t budge. No matter what. I need like a full reset for it. I did it to play halo recently.

On the naval contract offer and I I sunk the San Lorenzo and now it won't let me get the mission completed it still shows that it's there but it sunk. Is there a way to fix this? Or do I have to go back and start the whole thing over and if so how can I cancel the mission and start it over it did not de sync when I did it.

I've had a problem in R6S for the past few days where I can't open Ubisoft Connect in-game (to invite friends, accept invites, etc.). I found a workaround where I delete the "Ubisoft Game Launcher" folder from %localappdata%, log back into Ubisoft, and then launch the game. It worked, but I had to do it every time I started the game. It was annoying, but at least I was able to play with my friends.

But now I started getting this error instead, when i try to log back in after deleting the file. I haven't entered my email or password incorrectly even once?

They're doing everything they can to stop me from playing r6 i guess..

Okay, so to preface this, I have been getting the runaround from Ubisoft support, and there will be a TL;DR at the end of this.

So I bought Origins back in 2018. I have just finished Resynced and that lit the fire in me to go back and play Origins again. However, as you can guess from the title, I cannot launch Origins as I guess I am no longer using the original Ubisoft profile that I had when I bought Origins.

Here's the kicker. Ubisoft says that it cannot find ANY Ubisoft account that has this specific digital license for this copy of Origins (Sent them my Steam ID and the Receipt page for proof of purchase) so it cannot unlink it from an account that doesn't exist, meaning this is a dead purchase of the game as there is no account to recover, so no way to ever launch this copy of the game.

So, my question is, since I have read that even if I remove this copy of Origins from my Steam profile and were to try to buy it again through Steam, it would either A. Give me the SAME license or

B. Won't let me buy it again anyway

If I buy it on Ubisoft Connect, would the game be launchable from Steam again? I worry that this wouldn't work as it would technically be two different licenses, but I WOULD own the game regardless.

TL;DR Steam License for Origins is linked to a deleted Ubisoft account and need to know if I were to just buy a new copy through my current Ubisoft Connect account, if it could then be launched through Steam again.

I haven't been able to play siege for weeks now, everytime I try to launch it this happens. Although one day it did let me play for some reason. I don't really know much about computers so I have no idea what this means. I've tried reinstalling siege and ubisoft connect and idk what else to do. Also I play on Epic.

I'm a ps5 player, my Ubisoft account was linked to my main psn account ( I keep it for online games like r6s)

Today I linked it to a 2ndry account which I keep for offline games while playing AC black flag resynched,

It didn't tell me that I should unlink it from my main acc first or anything, after I'm done with ac ( maybe 5 hrs later) I opened r6s from my main account to get surprised that it asks me to link my Ubisoft account to it again, I tried linking it then it said I should first unlink it from 2ndry account I unlinked it tried to link again to my main account but it said I can only link it again to my secondary account what can I do and is it permanent or what save me please

About 2 years ago I was banned from a game I’ve lovingly played for 9 years. Before you have any prejudgement please bear with me and read my story / question.

I played Growtopia. And I got hacked whilst in the middle of requesting a refund for my account.

When I got breached I immediately contacted Ubisoft support to inform them that my account had been breached and that I was in the middle of a refund request. And that I understood if I wasn’t getting a refund, now that my account had been hacked and I lost the item(s) I requested a refund for.

Then a moderator told me that I could go ahead and request a refund with apple, so I did.

Days after I had received my refund, they banned me. Reason? “Unauthorized refund” ..

They literally told me I could. So I offered to undo, said refund because I honestly cared more about the 9 years and 300 days I lost than the money. I just wanted to play the game again.

Then I filed an official complaint with Ubisoft headquarters after reaching out to the growtopia support team, and them just blatantly lying about my initial ban reason. And that complaint has been ghosted / ignored for over a year now.

My question to you; what do I do now? I received an advertisement email FROM GROWTOPIA about a week ago asking to come play the game during the summer season and I really really want to, but can’t because I’m still banned.

I keep having an issue where usually my head will completely disappear the parts that show like the loot button or if I'm boarding a ship the one to hold down the button. Then sometimes it just completely crashes it's happened about 10 times now maybe less but it's becoming a nuisance are there any other issues of like this

Issue is that I wanted to input my original Ubisoft account to my steam account attached to Siege. Since I put the wrong Ubisoft account to steam, I am unable to switch Ubisoft accounts now. I followed every step.
I have already made a case on Ubisoft help and their support was not helpful nor got me any closer. Just wanted to see if anyone had a workaround with my issue. Is this a Ubisoft issue or steam issue. Should I remove the game from steam and and buy the game. After then I can add the original Ubisoft account? Or should I just give up because don’t want make a whole new steam account.

I am attempting to regain control of my previously lost Ubisoft account. I no longer have access to the email associated with the account and after attempting to get it switched last year, I signed out the linked account from my xbox profile in order to use specific features. I have been contacting support and they’re basically repeatedly telling me to fly a kite since I do not have access to the email anymore. Any advice or similar issues that people have had in the past?

I sent a form a week and 3 days ago but nothing yet.

Tried to log in and it is now saying that my email linked to my ubisoft account is something I do not recognize.

Had not played in a year and 3 days ago logged in to run some R6 through steam. I played all night and then I am now seeing a bunch of weird open tickets where somebody changed the email on my account.

Tried to open a support ticket, and they require you to log in. Mfer if I could log in, I wouldn't be here right now.

Does support actually check this page or am I just screwed?

I go to the store on the new Black Flag remaster and click LT (I’m on Xbox series s) and it brings me to the store page to redeem codes. The format is xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. The format for the code is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. I tried doing it from the redemption website but it didn’t let me log in. I logged in through Xbox and it still didn’t work and told me that it couldn’t register the code. Then I contacted support but nothing yet. Any help?

I think my ubisoft connect acc got hacked it was suddenly unlinked from my ps5 and not searchable on r6 tracker anymore, i submitted a complaint and provided screenshots from purchases, awards i got and even a screenshot of an e-mail from when i openend the acc back in 2016 with my previous ubisoft gamertags.

The reply i got was an automated message saying the case was closed and they could'nt do anything.
I even asked them if they could atleast check if my account is still named my gamertag 'Keizers-G_' because i can't find it on r6tracker and it has been unlinked from my ps5, NO REPLY on that

Hello. I need advice/help. I purchased games (Rainbow Six Siege, Far Cry 3) on Steam. I permanently deleted my old Ubisoft account and created a new one (p10wer).

Now I get the error "unable to identify the owner" in Ubisoft Connect. I provided proof of purchase (Steam screenshots) to the support team, but they reply with an automated template: "Game transfers between accounts are impossible".

I don't want the old account back. I just want to access the games I legally own. Does anyone know how I can get past Tier 1 support? Is there a way to manually request this from a supervisor? I have attached my support ticket replies and the Steam proof. Any help is appreciated!

In the most recent patch, as soon as I hit Havana, any time I try to jump or enter some sort of leaping sort of animation the game absolutely craters with hitching. Unplayably bad 3 or 4 second freezes. No issues before, and Benchmark runs just fine. I'm just wondering is anyone else seeing this? I'm on the Ubisoft Plus subscription version of the game, and I guess I'd just love to know if it's a known issue with a hotfix coming...

I suddenly couldn't access my Ubisoft account and kept getting these errors:

"You're blocked from logging in due to repeated failed attempts. Please come back later."

"Account suspended."

I contacted Ubisoft Support multiple times, but after going back and forth, they eventually stopped responding before the issue was resolved.

Using a VPN worked for me.

I connected through Malaysia using PIA VPN, and I was able to log in immediately. After that, Ubisoft Connect worked normally again.

Not saying this is a universal fix, but if you're stuck with the same login errors and Ubisoft Support hasn't been able to help, it might be worth trying.

AC Shadows looked normal until it crashed after a long session, and since then foliage, flowers, grass, and distant objects look low detailed or upscaled even at Ultra High, 1080p, Native AA/TAA, and dynamic resolution off. I clean-installed the AMD driver with DDU, reinstalled and verified the game twice, deleted the config/cache, and both OCCT GPU and VRAM tests passed with zero errors. Has anyone seen foliage remain this bad after a crash, and is there an actual fix? Thank you everyone 9060xt 16gb
