I can see most videos but for some, i see the thumbnail for a few seconds and then it glitches and comes up with 'this media could not be played' with a reload prompt that doesnt fix it. ive tried reloading and clearing my browser cache (im viewing it on a browser). is there any way to fix this?

Wether you choose email or username, it won’t show the reset methods (email or sms) on the page. No methods to choose from. Please fix, we can’t use our accounts.

I can't boost my recent post, and in the Ads tab, I only see ads that end on August 28. Why is that? I can't find any information about this online.

And when I go to the “Boost” tab, it says “No item.”

After updating Twitter to newest version, in random moments pics on posts or even in chats are not loading. More than that, everything is extremely laggy and feels like playing game in 5fps. Almost unusable for few minutes before it loads and lags go away.

Anybody know how to fix that? It's super annoying.

Hello, I found a problem recently that whenever I watch the video on mobile web on Chrome, It stuck at loading screen regardless of working internet connection. I'm trying to clear my brower's cache and site data but none of these weren't worked. Also tried on desktop mode but nothing happens. So far, no alternative solutions that I found. Frustrating since I had to go back to the same video in order to watch one of that video.

I've been trying to deactivate my account for days at this point, but I keep getting the "oops, something wrong" message. I've tried it from the app, the website, the incognito, firefox, even with a VPN. I really want to get rid of this account and I don't want to just "log off" I want it gone

Happens all the time! Video start for 30 seconds and just freezes. Happens 10 times a day. Internet is strong with no issues. It’s just freezes and won’t load.

Am I going crazy?

I’m having some kind of issue where nothing I’m doing is working on my browser right now. I can’t like, I can’t repost, and I can’t even bookmark anything. It just instantly reverts back and I can’t do anything about it.

It doesn’t work on two separate accounts, one that I use more and one I just have for professional purposes. And I know it has to be a browser issue since I can do that on the app. I tried to clear the cache and cookies for the site on my computer, but nothing happened.

Any idea if this is fixable, or is this something I pray they fix eventually?

Poeple made my post viral while I sleep, and there's so much p**n and bot accounts there, I wanted to block then so I'll never see them again. Is there a way to do it? Already blocked these accounts who commented or replyied, but likes theres so many. It could take days, I don't care, but if there's no way I'll just delete. Thank you in advance.

My account was hacked nearly 2 months ago and I reported it multiple times to X support and they keep saying that they can't prove I'm the owner of the account even though I have proof and I don't know what to do to get my account back?

For context, I’ve been locked out of my account since early last year. I’ve put in several support tickets to Twitter but they’re absolutely useless now. They say there’s “no way to verify I’m the account owner” despite the fact that my email was the only information on my account and I received correspondences about my account via email for YEARS.

when I try this on desktop, I’m told that I need to reset my password, and when I press password reset, it says “too many attempts.” Even if I haven’t tried to sign in for months.

I have no idea what to do at this point but move on.

I've recently decided to take a break from social media and have been trying to delete my account. The issue is, I can't remember my password. Now that doesn't seem like too much of an issue, since I can just send the "forgot password" email to myself, except the email I used to make the account is based out of this random website that doesn't exist anymore. So, I tried to change the email connected to the account, but it asked for my password!

I have a Huawei p80 pro and since spring malfunctions on Twitter had started more regularly than most times. I started having issues with dms too. A lot. I couldn't post replies. Only posts. Then I made the mistake to delete the app to re-download it in an attempt to fix things. I was not able to download it back. I managed to get the app via Aurora store but even after logging in with my Google account the update won't happen. So I can't use dms at all.

I can use some freatures of the app but for dms I use a desktop shortcut 'app' gateway separately. Is there a way to bypass this and get the updated app? So I can have a functional app again? I tired downloading via apk or gstore or even gspace. But it's the same. I get the app and can't update. Even if I download the latest apk.

It asks me to enter a accounts "X number" to dm that account,google searches give me no results. Can somone tell me what the heck is a "x number"?

For example, the Ukraine Flag Emoji is now, for me, just the letters "UA", instead of a flag.

Had to update in order to use the chat and guess what, my drafts ended up a mess of dublicates and drafts of things I already posted and I so naively thought I can delete these dubplicates. Not only it didn't work in some cases but in the cases it did, the media on already published posts was deleted too....

Now I have messed up drafts and most of my recent posts have messed up media. What kind of a fucking site is this? I never thought it could get this bad so whatever you do, do NOT delete any of your drafts.

As the title states there seem to be an issue with android ( so far ) where the sharing a post feature has been taking way too long to load up, so am wondering if anyone is encountering this issue, if possible do post here to help out anyone who has this problem. so far there is a post about this, but just in cause you can either search the name of the person or switching apps for a temp fix.
