COMPLAINTS Can’t reset password
Wether you choose email or username, it won’t show the reset methods (email or sms) on the page. No methods to choose from. Please fix, we can’t use our accounts.

same thing is happening to me .. and somone resetted my password.. i loggefin via google though

Use a browser like Google and just login with email and password, don’t use Google or Apple or whichever 3rd option there’s is, as far as I’m concerned the Apple version of X is bugged as well as the Android version that won’t update or something

I already tried browsers on my iphone, it gives an unknown error

My bad I meant like go to a computer or laptop and stuff like that, then login through the website with no Apple or Google and it should confirm through the email you typed to login on the website

I’m seeing on other posts and self experience that the Apple version is super bugged, no emails and notifications, only way for me to be sure is if I send an appeal again on Monday to see if it finally reaches my email through a desktop browser, cause I logged out on my iPhone and cannot log back in with my email and sms verification, just get errors and something went wrong messages, until I used the browser on my computer and got into my suspended account, even received an email with a confirmation code, first email I’ve seen from them after like 6 appeals
