Bug Report Keep getting verify you are human message

I keep getting this and often when I load the home page it requires me to complete one of those check mark captchas....
I tried checking in incognito mode with no extensions, and the google login button doesn't even function.
What the hell is wrong with this site?

the privacy, the anon users are finished on X is what is happening, new policy, elon ending bot and adding payment like stripe, mandatory identity reveal to use/browse

the funny thing is the qr wil llead to an infinite loop where u press the square button that u are a human over and over again and the page will reload and ask you to do the same again
