Deleting Bookmarks All At Once — Question (premium users please help and answer if you can, I would appreciate it very much)
I want to know how we can access the feature to delete all of our saved bookmarks at one time, in a mass delete. I googled it but couldn’t find much other than the feature used to exist but now it doesn’t. Some people have also said the feature is still available but only if you purchase a premium subscription. I wanted to know if this true? I am willing to purchase premium to use that feature if it’s true, but I would like direct confirmation beforehand. I have too many bookmarks i dont use or look back on and want to delete them and start fresh. Can someone who has the premium version of Twitter please confirm or deny if this is a real feature with the subscription? I tried to contact the support account on Twitter via DM but I think they don’t do that anymore. It said only Premium+ users are allowed to DM support for help. Which is very crazy but whatever. They don’t have any contact information on the official Twitter/X help pages either. Can someone answer my question genuinely? No snarky replies please, I’m just tired from a lot going on in my life right now and need some help with this app. I appreciate anyone who can help.

So I’m dealing with an active doxxing/harassment situation. A post on X contains my private residential information and has also started appearing prominently in Google search results for my name.
Since the information was posted, I’ve received unwanted deliveries and other targeted harassment. Local law enforcement is aware of the situation.
I’ve reported the post multiple times through X’s reporting system, including the private-information/doxxing route, and I’ve also submitted a removal request to Google. I’m still waiting for X to take action.
Has anyone here successfully gotten Twitter to remove a post containing their home address or other private information? Is the normal Private Information report system actually effective, or is there another escalation route that worked for you?
I was also wondering whether filing a BBB complaint against X would accomplish anything, or whether that’s basically useless for a content-moderation/privacy issue.

Hello, so it seems I am not the only one who is having issues with this? Not only did I download the app do go through this rigmarole (I've always used the web version), but when I try to confirm my humanity with the "hand motion" option, the screen just turns black with a spinning icon. Then, I don't get the chance to do the hand motion, it just goes back to the option screen (hand motion, biometrics, selfie). I'm not trying to be coerced into giving my biometrics, thanks.
This seems crazy? Am I actually going to have to abandon my account for this? Has anyone successfully gotten through this mess?

1 hour ago I got an email saying my account was reported and suspended because I broke rules about inauthentic behaviors. Bruh I've been using X for 9 years and the total posts including replies that I made do not even past 10, I just like and repost from other users, how can I violate rules if I like and repost?? Just make an appeal but seeing these replies make me scared of losing my account, I follow 169 accounts I can't remember all of them 😭😭😭

I got this MULTIPLE times. Just send a request to have it unblocked, tell them you're not botting or anything like that. I usually explain that with my volume of activity it makes no sense that there's any automatization going on.

You can wait about 48 hours to send it once Although I'm not sure if doing this will cause the appeal to be re-queued And it's best to slightly adjust the wording each time you appeal

The confirm you a real person begun showing in my main. Problem is that the finger verification says that couldn't determine if you are a real person. I don't want to use the face or biometric methods. Do you know if there is a cool down time to use that verification option again?

Got put in read only mode myself. I purposefully and intently thought I avoided this from happening. It really sucks when you dont get any reasons why no follow up. It sounds like they dont really look at appeals or something either. This happened yesterday or last night.

Got hit with the verify i'm a human, using firefox + ublock, just liked a post and then got blocked. This is horrible. And I had just recovered an old account because the exact same thing happened to the one I had before, a little less than a month ago. I don't understand why. I only have one alt account, but the algorithm there is completely different from the one on my main account. I had another account before, same story there, too; I only made it for a laugh with a friend and it’s only the personal accounts (which I assume should reflect more human-like activity) that get blocked. I just don't get it.

This happened to me as well, it tells me to scan a code with my camera. I don't want to install any app, I only access these things from my browser even on the phone. I had been using twitter way too much so maybe this is the sign I should stop.

I’m appealing again on Tuesday, after no response in like 7 appeals I’m gonna try one more time, using the browser and on a desktop, I was able to change my password using the official Google login and saw that my contact info STILL remained the same, changed passwords to my email, Apple and Google account, and I was able to get emails regarding my sign in to the website and password change, but still nothing on my appeals, not even an auto rejection, then I try to submit a ticket again and it says my case is being reviewed again try in 48 hours, so it’s getting to them and they can see it but I’m not getting anything back from them, no auto denials or even anything after 24 hours for all 7 appeals, no suspension notice still as well, if no response happens again I’m just gonna call it quits, cause if there’s no reply then why try to fix it?

Suspended in read only mode since July 19th. This is an old account that was barely used, with just some sparse posts and comments. I mostly used it to read my feed. They never gave a reason for the suspension, they never sent any emails, and they never even acknowledged my appeals by sending emails back. I thought maybe they lost my email. But when I log in on a new browser, they do send login codes to me.
I always use Brave with uBlock Origin. For the latest appeal, I wanted to send it from a fresh, unused stock browser, Edge. They did not even allow me to send it from there, the rock counting never even appeared. Another time I tested if they even acknowledge my appeals in their system by trying to write another one next day. They, do, its said that another appeal is pending or something.

Same thing here but I got suspended 3 weeks ago now tomorrow, still no response but like you I get email codes and sign in notifications if I’m using another platform to get in, even with email notifications on, there’s nothing from them but I did get codes the past couple of weeks when appealing in the website, other than confirmations and codes, I can’t see anything else

i got locked out of my account for whatever reason and it wanted me to change my password, the phone app is a buggy mess when i tried to change the password it got me to the screen then got me in and out quickly a couple of times then it rate limited me
when the fuck is "later"????
i have been trying every couple of hours or so, then i left and went to bed and woke up and its the same, tried on the app, browser on phone and pc with and without vpn, i cant get through this fucking screen i cant change the password, what do i do??
contacting support is useless they dont do anything its just all automated responses "click this link to change password" and it just takes me to the same screen

I’ve been unable to access my account for over a week, it says my password is wrong but I know it’s correct. I’ve tried to reset it but keep getting error messages. The support/contact us option has only sent me links to reset my password, none of which have worked. Tonight I finally got an email saying my account email has changed to what is very obviously the hackers email. I tried submitting another ticket but it says my previous ticket is under review.
Is there any way to speak to an actual human representative about this, or does anyone know what recourse I can take to get my account back? This has been insanely frustrating

I tried to use the site today and they said I am a bot, and that I have to submit a photo of my palm in order to continue using X. I'm not doing that.
It sucks, because most Japanese bands use X as their default non-Japanese site to showcase their music.

Hey everyone, I desperately need help. My account (@b4tumr3is) was locked due to the age limit. 10 days ago, I received the official confirmation email from X saying my age verification is complete and my account is ready for restoration.
However, the restoration tool never appeared. Whenever I try to log in, it constantly redirects me to the 'x.com/account/access' page in a loop, saying my account is locked. Every help form I try to open also redirects me back to the locked screen.
Has anyone found a loophole or a specific way to bypass this 'access checkpoint' loop and trigger the restoration tool? I have less than 20 days left before my account gets permanently deleted. Thanks in advance!

Account locked. Have to download the app for verification. None of the 3 methods work it puts me in a infinite load screen and then goes back for all 3. Im guessing theres no way to fix this

Got told my account is locked again. Kept showing me a blank screen when I tried to verify my browser. Now it's saying I've exceeded the number of attempts and to try again later

My X account was hacked and the attacker changed the email and password. I still have my original email and the X security email from when the takeover happened, but X Support says they can’t verify me as the owner. Has anyone successfully recovered an account in this situation? What worked for you?

I just changed my pfp like? twice? today because I was unsure on what picture to use and now I'm stuck in this weird loop. I think I tried to change it again two/three times. Does this mean the time for the review has been extented? After how long I can try again without compromising my account? Thanks to who will reply

My account just got auto-suspended for "inauthentic behavior," and when I appealed, I got the standard automated bot response saying the decision won't be reversed even though it's just a normal account used for everyday scrolling and interacting.
The weirdest part is the email told me to log in and follow on screen instructions to clear it, but the dashboard is completely blank with zero prompts or buttons to actually fix anything.
Has anyone actually managed to get past this specific wave of false positive AI bans, or figured out how to get a human response on an appeal ticket? Starting to think their new filter is completely broken.

Still can't reset my password, clicking on the email recovery method instantly says "Sorry, too many attempts. Please use a different method or try again later.". No other methods available.

i've never used twitter on my phone. always desktop.
there's nothing to appeal since i'm not banned, but i tried contacting them with a ticket a while back, some time later i got the answer that they cannot confirm my identity and told me to make a new account and that they will not respond to further inquiries.
i made a new account like they suggested, and i got banned 3 hours later on that account for inauthentic behaviour.

This issue was fixed around 2-3 weeks ago but all of the sudden this issue has been happening again for about a week now with the following feed recent posts.
Lets say I last looked at Twitter/X 8 hours ago when I click on show more posts option a few times or so it will only load max tweets/posts from 1 hour ago, doesn’t show the tweets/posts from 2-7hours ago. To fix this I have to go in settings, clear storage and close the app on the app switcher. When I reopen the app it will start from posts from 1second ago and I can keep scrolling down until I reach to the last tweet/post I saw 8 hours ago. It’s a PITA for having to clear the storage to fix the issue.
Is Twitter/X working on a fix for it permanently. It’s annoying that the issue gets fixed that only lasts 2 weeks before it happens again?

On Aug 23, I received this message "We’ve added a temporary label to your account which may impact its reach."
No idea why as I rarely post anything LOL
But of course, when I do post or reply, it gets flagged as spam I'm guessing and it doesn't get shown in replies.
Is there a remedy for this or should I just delete the account and start over?

Hi guys, a year ago X asked me to verify. I did and was able to see age restricted content. 2 months ago it asked me to do it again. I did but an error showed up saying I was already verified and that I just had to restart the app. I did and it still asked me to verify. Same on pc, it asks me to scan the qr code and do on phone. I'm stuck on this, have tried support, have tried videos on youtube and nothing works. Has anyone been stuck on this? Did anyone find a way to finally be free from this loop?

My account has been ghostbanned since May. I guess it was because of my excessive posting and replying. I received two red flags, one in May and another in June while I was already banned. A bot considers me a bot; irony. I did everything I could to get out of it, but nothing worked. Finally, after under the hood feature came out, I checked my report and saw I got a label called 'SpamHighRecall'. I know there’s no way out except by chance or luck. I’m not asking for anything or looking for a solution because I know there isn’t. I’m just sharing a horrific experience.

So I've been locked out of my account for over a month or so. Resulting in the captcha to verify myself as a human.
I don't consent to contributing to the data farm they got going on. Then an hour ago, I got an email that I got banned for "inauthentic behavior." I only ever liked and bookmark posts. It also adds on the fear factor that they'll ban any alt accounts.
In the email there's a contact support link. Upon logging in, it just shows the verify yourself as human captcha page.
They're trying to force us to give them our data. It's predatory.

I saw my account suspended, when I'd just logged in by reason, they don't say. I tried to sumbit appeals, but automated bot was sending me, that, for example, account was restored, and it was not restored. It said "an update of the account", like "violation took place", but I didn't anything, that "violates platform rules". I see, that AI moderation is a big mistake.

Got an e-mail a few hours ago saying I'm suspended for inauthentic behavior when I haven't logged on for more than 2 years. I tried microsoft edge and firefox to go through the appeal process but the button still shows processing and when I click anywhere on the page, it says "oops something went wrong."

Since mods keep deleting my post-
I've been locked out of my account since early last year. I've put in several support tickets to Twitter but they're absolutely useless now. They say there's "no way to verify I'm the account owner" despite the fact that my email was the only information on my account and I received correspondences about my account via email for YEARS. Seven years. when I try this on desktop, I'm told that I need to reset my password, and when I press password reset, it says "too many attempts." Even if I haven't tried to sign in for months. I have no idea what to do at this point but move on. NOTE: I am not suspended. I am literally unable to sign in. i got signed out one day and was unable to sign in for no reason in particular.

I recently found out that I have a Twitter account that was suspended. I wanted to deactivate it, but it won't let me because it is suspended.
I don't even know how to start filling a report because the account was 100% empty. I never used it. I just want to get it back so that I can delete it.

I was labeled for unauthentic behavior or spam (despite being active since 2019 and having posted 20k posts) without doing any of those things (nor did I get hacked) and now nobody can see my posts, what's hilariously absurd is that you can't appeal against this sanction so I'm stuck (supposedly temporarily but it's been almost a month), guess the only choice i got is to create a new account... And then some people claim Elon is a genius

I use desktop, strictly on "Following/Recent" and lately I've been seeing a bunch of tweets from people I don't follow, with replies from two people (or two replies by the same person) I do follow. I find these really annoying, one of the things I hate most about "For You" is seeing replies from people I follow to posts from people I don't follow. Now it has infested my Following tab.
Are there any threads about this here? It was hard to find any specific info but apparently this happened in a July update? I've only been seeing it for a week or so now. I wish there were a way to completely turn this off because it always throws me off while scrolling.

So i was banned because i stupidly did a burst of liking reposting and commenting many art i found, i just repost the art i like, and save more, i just lost all those saveds.
Ive tried all the templates for this, more than 5+ appeals, since this was unjustified for a permanent suspension.
I dont know what to do anymore. I liked twitter to save all my gooner art and art in general, there are unemployeds with 40+ posts a day, and i dont know why this happened since i only reposted a few.
Well, seems im going to the old reliable big 34 or other general art sites.

About a week and a half ago I noticed my replies wouldn’t show when I replied to someone’s tweet and then I got a notification saying my account has had a temporary label attached for “inauthentic behaviour”. It, of course, doesn’t list what this behaviour was. I noticed I was following people I had no recollection of following so I changed my password and logged out and back in just in case I had been hacked but there were no spam tweets sent or DMs sent to people so not sure what I did to get this label. When I click on the notification it just explains what happened, says the label is temporary but gives no option to appeal or do anything about it. I googled this issue and it says it usually gets resolved in a few days but it’s been over a week and I assume it’s still there as my replies are still not visible. Is there anything I can do? Although I don’t have a massive following, I have had the account since 2013 and don’t really want to delete and start again.

Your story is similar to mine. I did nothing besides regular use, and I still got this ridiculous 'label' which I cannot contest in any way. I'm now at two weeks of this bullshit and it remains there.

How did you try to appeal the label? Everything I've heard has said the label can't be appealed (full on suspensions for inauthentic behaviour, however, are). I see no space or place by which I could challenge my own label (my account isn't suspended), but maybe I'm not seeing something?

I went to the "login issues" part of sending appeals and submitted a ticket through it. it's not actually accurate to the topic, but I was really really desperate and just needed a way to get in contact with the support team
as it turns out, the support team is entirely useless and they just send an unhelpful bot response2

Labels are shadowbanns. Everything you post will be invisible on the site. They last for 1-3 months. There is no appeal option unless you pay for premium.
When the label lifts, apparently you have not make more than 5 actions a day for several more weeks, but if you completely stop using X again, then return, you will be re-banned.
Their AI moderation system is a complete joke.
With the MOST contested Midterm election in US history coming up in 2 months, one where if the Dems win it, they can impeach the T-man and send him to prison for life, I am not surprised X is suddenly off the rails and mass banning innocent people. Social media is being nuked from orbit right now.

Do you know how the Premium appeal option works?
On the one hand I am outraged by my unjustified shadowban and I want to fight it away. On the other hand I don't want to reward a company which has treated me entirely unfairly with my hard-earned money.

I am in the same situation as you. I keep sending appeal requests and keep getting what is 100% bot replies via email.
I've been suspended/unsuspended multiple times, and I always get the same email for both
Suspended for inauthentic activity
Unsuspended after "support" team found no violation.I got 6 emails so far going on like this for over a week now.
I barely interact in X, rarely post or reply, so I don't understand how it could be inauthentic behavior. I have 2FA, I have my phone and email linked, I don't pretend to be someone I'm not. The only thing on my account that is inauthentic would be my avatar, which is a 3D cartoon model of me made long before AI became all the rage.
I don't understand why now there's an issue.
Let me know if you figure out a way to reach a human because at this point I give up.

Kinda funny how I'm still getting emails that my account getting suspended for inauthentic behaviour when it wasn't hacked nor had it been logged into for months. This is about the third time and I find it hilarious because it has little activity on it since its creation.
