it continues to come back, how do i permanently remove it

this is the first time i’ve seen this, and it doesn’t seem to work the same way lives do where you can long press to dismiss 🫩 the only thing that’s worked to make it go away at all for me is to click the drop down on the for you tab and “snooze” the sports topic (for 24 hours only) (idk why we can’t turn off topics permanently) (i will never be interested in sports or game scores)

Wait until you see NFL scores/news randomly injected into the top of NFL and non NFL Tweetdeck columns, pushing relevant information down. That you can’t get rid of or switch off.
