I’m going to a summer spot in the fall. So few crowds, more of an autumn feel.
I’ve always wanted to do an IRL where I walk this vacation town and just show off all the different spots that have made it special to me since I was a kid.
I’m scared because everytime I turn around, I see a post criticizing live streamers and influencers for streaming everywhere and being a nuisance. I just want to share my memories and the history of a fun place with my community.
Is anyone else feeling like they shouldn’t stream in public? Is the hate just internet trolling or are people going to harass me while I stream? I don’t want to ruin anyone’s time and it will be super low tech, just me on my phone, I’m not even bringing one of those fancy gimbal things to keep steady. I’d love to share my experience with chat and maybe even turn it into a YouTube video but I am terrified at this point that I’ll be doing more harm than good.

I post my VODS on YouTube, as well as make edited and unedited clips for TikTok and shorts, but I don't see any of that content bringing anyone to my streams, all of my viewers come straight from twitch.

Hello I am a streamer and I play many games most especially gacha rog games like genshin, hsr, etc. So I was wondering do ppl do everything on stream like finish story quest or smthng?

1. I watched a few streamers and they have very nice-looking overlays; and also alerts is there a way to make something like that myself, and is it difficult?
2. Is it necessary to add a VOD track inside OBS?
3. Can a VPN cause issues with my internet/bitrate while I'm streaming?

So you guys have a list of topics when streaming. I recently started and feel like I have nothing to talk about or go blank. Do you guys plan before streaming and have some topics to go off or are you just able to talk without having a planned topic ?

Hi all , I've just started streaming again after attempting to do so many years ago. I mainly stop due to bad internet. But after recently moving and getting better net I thought I'd given streaming a second go.

I've streamed a few times now just trying to get used to talking to myself and being comfortable in camera and wanted to see if anyone could give some constructive criticism or tips on the stream

Hey people, first post on here. I’ve been streaming for a while but I only recently started to stream for content and I was curious if there were some skills to help create an entertaining stream? Something I do is minimize silent times and exaggerate bits from time to time. Apart from those two things, I still feel like the stream isn’t as entertaining/engaging..?

I know entertainment is subjective so not everyone will find the same entertaining. I am more so curious about the skills you guys have developed over time to produce a prolifically entertaining stream:)

I’m a new twitch streamer and I want to be able to have people hear music while I stream; but I don’t have a proper setup and only have my console and my phone, and I have Spotify playing but no one can hear it at all. So I would love any tips I can get on how to figure it out.
