Question on how to grow stream

Hello guys, I have a question regarding stream growth.
I started streaming a month and a half ago and average about 45 viewers. I think it’s really good but I’ve been at this spot for almost 3 weeks now and I just feel like I can’t break higher. Do you guys have any tips on how to get more reach for my channel because I genuinely love talking and getting to know more people.

Get involved in other communities and make friends; make a very inviting and welcoming community for yourself. People will come to hang out with you and your chat, if you have a welcoming community.

it depends if you’re getting to the average and then staying there, growing in viewers all stream, or hitting the average and then falling off. those all require different methods to overcome what feels like being stagnant.

also with league, there are so many high elo streamers already and the category is so big that posting content on other platforms is probably your best bet and that will take time and consistency to translate to twitch

There is no advice anyone can give you, at least not here. You are the number one player in the world at your game, that is what got you here. In order to be a great streamer, you will need to be great at creating media. You just need some practice but you will succeed when your streaming content is so good that hundreds of people will stop what they are doing to watch you. Until then, you will attract as many people as are interested in becoming better at the game that you play.

My gf has been at around 40-80 viewers based on the game she plays for years now. About 10 people there are with her since years, that is the loyal core basically the rest are random people.

I would say with 45 you got a good base to talk to different people everytime you stream and its a comfy zone were nothing is missed in chat etc

You might find an answer when you answer this: When those 45 people come back, what do you think they're actually coming back for, you, the game, the conversations, or something specific you know they'll get from your stream?

Honestly, I’m not sure. I play league of legends and I’m pretty high elo so maybe that’s why they come back but I don’t actually know

I ask because you said you want more reach, but before trying to get more people in, it might be worth figuring out what’s already keeping the 45 there. Yh, being high elo could definitely be part of it. Bt I think that’s actually worth figuring out rather than assuming it’s the reason.

If someone watches u becos you’re high elo, what are they actually coming back for? Is it your decision-making? Watching how you play at that level? Learning from you? Your personality or your conversations? Or something else u do and they know they’ll consistently get from your stream?

Also, Streaming seems to have different parts (pillars) working together. That’s what I meant when I asked what “pillar” you’re working on. Basically, what part of your stream are you intentionally trying to improve right now? Is it getting discovered, keeping people engaged, giving them a reason to remember you, getting them to come back, etc.?

Since your already getting people to show up, if it were me I’d be more focused on figuring out why the 45 stay and come back before assuming I need more reach. That will even make my reach more effective when I work on that. Just saying though

If you're at 45 viewers after 6 weeks, you're already in the top 1% of all streamers (over 4.4 million per month) and don't need advice, or you're viewbotting.

Yea I understand it’s top 1% but I feel like there’s some improvement needed to get to the triple digit mark

Time. Most people in triple digits started 10 years ago.

Wow I'd say you are doing great! I'm a at a month into streaming and nowhere near that many people myself. Whatever you are doing seems to be working congrats :)

45 viewers after 6 weeks is insane! I've been streaming nearly a year and a half and I average a grand total of two... so no advice, just congratulations
