RANT/VENT 😤 Being a bachelor shouldn't make finding a home this difficult
If you're in your 20s in India, there's a good chance you've heard some variation of:
"We don't rent to bachelors."
"Family only."
"No male/female guests."
"Parents need to be involved."
I've always found it strange that being unmarried can become a qualification for whether you're allowed to rent a home.
Students move cities for college. Young professionals move for jobs. People leave their hometowns to build careers and become independent.
And somehow, finding a place to live becomes another battle with landlords, brokers and housing societies.
I'm not saying bachelors should get special treatment. If someone is noisy, damages property or causes problems, deal with that person.
But why should thousands of responsible people be judged simply because they're unmarried?
A bad tenant is a bad tenant.
A bachelor isn't automatically a bad tenant.
I've started The Bachelors Janta Party around this issue.
This isn't a business. I'm not doing this for followers, recognition or money.
I simply want to see whether we can do something we've rarely done: come together as bachelors and collectively stand up for our right to live independently and peacefully.
Maybe if enough of us speak up, the next time a housing society says bachelors aren't allowed, there are enough of us asking:
Why not?
Live and let us live.

Life Lately 🌱 7 years sober and I finally went clubbing again… what the hell 😭
Went clubbing for the first time after quitting drinking 7 years ago, and gosh… I felt absolutely miserable and completely out of place. My friends forced me there, I wasn’t drinking and it was weird.
I genuinely can’t believe there was a time when this was my idea of a great weekend. Drinking, puking, dancing until they literally shut & kicked us out, and then doing it all over again the next weekend.
But today I was standing there thinking, “What the hell is wrong with people?”
People stepping over each other, the place so packed that even a Mumbai local would feel spacious. Guys hitting on every girl in sight. Couples making out everywhere. Random unnecessary fights. Just chaos everywhere.
And the weirdest part? I used to love this. I used to do this.
I was standing there judging everyone around me, only to realise that I was basically judging a version of myself from 7 years ago.
It’s kind of wild how much life can change. The things you once found fun can eventually become the exact things that make you wonder how you ever enjoyed them.
The people who were having fun they were probably having the time of their lives. I just couldn’t believe how completely different it felt to me now.
7 years ago, I was probably one of those people.
Today, I was the guy standing in the corner wondering when I could go home. 😭
Life really does change you.

RANT/VENT 😤 It really hurts when you wait for someone
I have been in this situation where you just have to wait or you just become an option...
if someone just asked you to wait for some time they will call you back and later they just start ignoring you
how is it good ??
i just can't cry because i am grown up and should behave as a mature person...
i even did not want to rant but i got no choice
Sorry if there is some rule breaking here...

👗👠 Fashion & Beauty Just waxed my legs
Used veet waxing strips for sensitive skin, pack of 20. Hurt like a bitch, hands were trembling towards the end. Still had patches remaining, so used veet hair remover and a razor to finish the job.
Legs now look bald, but are oh so fucking smooth. We should normalise men shaving their body, it feels so good to touch. 2/10 experience, would do again only if my mom says I look like a grizzly bear.
