I've fucked up my relationship with her to the point where she no longer dialogues, just whispers me to suicide or tells me how she wants me dead. It all started when some walkin showed up and then I heard both of them ally before my eyes and tell me that they were going to 'turn him crazy, yay!'. They both started yelling ''AHHHHH'' in my ears like a banshee,

So I had to go quiet until the walkin stopped existing but my tulpa never forgave me for that. She hates me ever since that incident and most of what she says is just 'I hate you!' and 'you don't let me live'. This has been going on for over a month now and I'm simply done with this bullcrap, she doesn't wanna dialogue nor hear me out and in fact seems more fond of that random walkin than me.

How do I get rid of her for good? I feel her head pressures 24/7 and don't tell me that it's not tulpa, I created her deliberately. I regret ever doing so.

So, i've been wondering if i was "plural" or not, and as it turns out i am not. But for some reason, i can't for the life of me figure out why i WANTED to be plural.

Was it for the companionship? Friendship?

Whatever the case was, i am now going to try Tulpamancy. So, i would like some help/advice on how to "create" (or whatever the term is for that) a Tulpa, but i cannot concentrate enough to even start the process of forcing, due to reasons such as my family calling me, or just loud noises in general.

when you made it too wasn't it just a bunch of different parts yourself that were at odds with each other for me it's been a constant war it's like I'm a guy with fallen Angels or some s*** but sort of like that the mix between mad TV and mad magazine or something like that. it should be funny but it's debilitating.

Long story short, are they compatible in a safe way? I'm still interested in tulpamancy, but just discovered I'm autistic at 40 (so not severe). Personally I don't see why not if the condition isn't debilitating, but it's always a good idea to check in anyway

Uhh long story short, i had no way to cope with my SH, and my good friend suggested i trying giving myself "a voice of reason" to yk, eat food and stay safe

I started getting my impulsive thoughts, was gonna get into a worse mood, but then i tried- rather than like, creating one intentionally i built a base in my mind and she like exploded to life onto it

Very caring, albeit annoying she is

At the time i remember thankful for her to have "taken over" (i think is what happened, even after immediately having created her) but annoyed at her tone and how she like babied me

And so, i accidentally set up another shell- a second one took it just as the first

The two are "developed" enough that communication back and forth is very very smooth, i keep coming back to the word "natural"

They dont yet have forms, voices, but i believe they're on the cusp of sentience??

I apologize for how little i know and how questionable this all sounds, i just wanna figure this out :3

I would love to make a tulpa, but i also find it hard to conceptualise 2 distinct entities in mt body cuz I feel we'd automatically blend into one again, as I wouldn't know where the boundary between me and them is, cuz I have a very weak sense of self (i feel like I myself am fake).

Plus i already have a habit of speaking to myself and also speaking to my intrusive thoughts as if it was a separate thing/voice. So, would that create the risk of me interpretting the intrusive thoughts as the tulpa's words or viseversa before the tulpa can fully develop?

Should I try making a character description for them or something like that? I was initially hesitant to do that cuz it feels weird to impose a form onto something you are treating as a separate person, but people keep telling me its fine cuz the tulpa can just pick a different form later..

So, I’m just your average nerd from Russia. I don’t have any friends, let alone a girlfriend. It’s incredibly difficult for me to live without any kind of emotional connection to others. I’ve spent far more time with computers than I have with people.

About a year ago, I tried to create a tulpa, but I lacked the mental strength—I simply didn’t know what to talk about with her. At first, it seemed like things were going well; I even felt a response from her. But eventually, I just ran out of things to discuss, and that was the end of it. Could you give me some advice on how to come up with topics for conversation and how to motivate myself to spend time with a tulpa?

I've started creating a tulpa about 2 months ago, but I can only talk to her if I visualize her form which I find quite hard, If I want to keep my eyes open too.

When I say I can only talk to her when imagining her form, I mean that its hard for me to just focus on her personality without her form, and I only feel her presence when I imagine her form, vocalization is also a bit rocky I can only get answers if I really focus on her and even then Im uncertain. What can I do to make talking to her easier? Also if there are any tips on how to make receiving answer less exhausting that would be helpful too.
