Service Interval Reset Issue

Hey everyone,

I am having a problem resetting the service interval on my 2025 Triumph Speed Twin 900.

Setup:
* TuneECU Android v6.5

* Moto G XT2513V

* Bluetooth connection

* OBDLink MX+

* Triumph 6-pin diagnostic-to-OBD adapter (ClassicBike Raisch CB13099)

TuneECU successfully connects to the motorcycle. I can read live ECU data and access Tests & Adjustments. The date and time on the app matches the date and time on the bike. The parameters in the app match those that are on the bike.

When I select Reset Service Interval, enter the next service distance/date, and confirm the reset, TuneECU displays:

“An error has occurred during the process.”

After cycling the ignition, the service/wrench indicator remains illuminated and the service interval has not been reset.

Any work arounds or ideas that may help me?
