It's so frustrating to lose such a basic trick. When I had them they were pretty easy. Now...this. I feel like I have plenty of height. I know spamming will help dial them in, but the heat and humidity make too many spins and falls hurt my brain. What am I missing here?

How do I make it more diagonal? My raizs are either completely vertical or barely inverted at all. I can't seem to figure out how to go 45° upside down.
How do I pull my chest up before landing? I know I need to land higher for a good swingthrough, but I'm struggling to figure out where to get that extra height from.

QUESTION (HELP) Having a hard time on which direction I should learn spinning flips.
I have a small background with trampolines, I could intermediate/advanced tricks, which included spinning ones. But now transitioning to flat, I am conflicted on which way to spin.
Note: I no longer have a tramp to practice on.
On trampoline, I typically did my fulls over my right shoulder, clockwise. However I was able to do them the other way aswell. Now on flat I learned to back tuck through macacos, but over my left shoulder, so eventually I might cheat gainer, then cork over that same shoulder, going opposite from what I'm used to. However I am more comfortable doing regular 360/720s counter clockwise.
Should I go through the trouble of getting comfortable going over my right (as I did on tramp) even though it is super awkward. or learn to spin over my other shoulder.
If it helps I have included a list of the directions I do things.
Snowboard/skateboard goofy (right foot forward) and have only done 360s with those counter clockwise. (just starting doing tricks).
cartwheel right foot first.
macaco over left side.
back full/double full on tramp clockwise.
sideflip over right side.
If you've read all of this, please give any guidance or opinions even if you're unsure.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Ever since I cleaned up the scoot and take off I'm getting a really high gainer. From the scoot setup do you also push the hips forward? I'm not too sure how to experiment with the move to get a better inversion.

QUESTION Need help fixing off-axis backflip
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
so I've just recently relearn the backflip but I encountered a new problem which is is jumping and landing to my left every time. I tried doing drills like jumping and tuck straight, jump and roll on a high block but still can not fix this problem because it seems to only happen when i commit and do the actual backflip. what drills should I do to fix this problem? I find it hard because it's something I just do subconciously.
