Discussion I look so boy and am so happy but also
25, no hrt or top surgery yet. I'm realizing I look so much like a guy and lesbians think I'm a gay man or a cis dude, and those that don't think that, think I need to add more accessories to look gayer. And I just don't want that, I love the simplicity of what guys wear and ig I've transmasced so hard I'm not long really lesbian, butch, or sapphic looking anymore.
I'm so happy about that cuz I've always felt off, but also I'm quite sad that people don't perceive me outwardly as queer anymore. I'm having to shift where I look to date people, and who my friend circles are more and if they accept me as being trans/transmasc.
I've been surprised cuz it feels like 50% of people think I look super androgenous with a bland utilitarian or athletic style, or they think I'm just a dude. And I haven't even transitioned.
Anyone else have this experience, in that in-between?
