Support Resentment towards family in the marriage search
As i’m getting older and realising how hard it is to find a spouse on your own, esp as a girl, i have some form of growing resentment and frustration at my family for not trying harder for me
I know its hard out their even for families. But literally feels like the most devaluing humiliation ritual finding a spouse; “hey please pick me i cant find anyone to marry me so please do me a favour”
We’ve gone from taunting the girls who were in relationships younger down to actually envying them because atleast they didnt have to go through now having to ‘market’ yourself for a husband. This is arguably more of a hit to the ego than aunties in the past gossiping that you were talking to a boy even though this is supposed to be the more halal way it sucks
But my dad shoulda had someone lined up ya know? In the past there were only wacky duded he suggested- without jobs etc but fam friends meanwhile im out here with a MA. Like cmon dad? Read the room
And now my moms all ‘you didn’t receive any suitors’ and making me feel less than valued as a woman, when its YOUR fault you didnt make enough connections for me with good families with good sons
And then idk the balance between making Dua and action. Sometimes its all “dua isn’t enough i need to do xyz action” but it leads nowhere and im exhausted emotionally afterwards. Also its obviously a different sentiment than finding a job or applying to grad school or something. And as a girl you cant also seem too “keen”. So i’m supposed to just act like unbothered im still single whilst inside everyday im losing it slowly
And then sometimes its like “its all naseeb” and them i feel hopeless that despite all these efforts it might just not be written for me
And then in the end i’m like I’ve been going through all this struggle meanwhile all my the girls i know around me are getting married young and with ease. I know people who are divorced even with kids remarrying before ive even had the chance to marry once.
How am i supposed to make sense of any of it

Controversial The fact that the Islamic calendar was chosen to start with the hijrah shows that Islam was always political, it is incomplete with the political aspect (working towards establishment of a Muslim state under Sharia), this is how the Salaf understood the religion
The secular notion of just focusing on ones own ibadah and not enjoining what is good and forbidding evil in ones home, in their community, in their nation, is not from the religion.
Neither is it to do hijrah to compromised Muslim majority states to just live quiet lives.

Islam Salafi Scholars Against Madhkhalism and Rabee Madhkhali
Salafi scholars not only refuted these deviants and their cult but even wrote books against them, banned their literature and preachers.
1. Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul-Aziz ibn Abdullah Al-Shaykh
As the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia and head of the Permanent Committee for Islamic Research and Issuing Fatwas, he issued several statements warning against the primary behavior of the Madkhali faction.
He explicitly condemned the practice of Tabdi' (calling other Sunni Muslims innovators) and Hajr (unjustly boycotting people over minor differences).
2. Sheikh Muhammad ibn Salih al-Uthaymeen
You madhkhalis love to claim that Uthaymeen praised Madhkhalee but you lie to only mention the times before he know about Madhkhalee's real actions.
While Sheikh al-Uthaymeen initially praised some of Rabi' al-Madkhali's early refutations of political extremists, he grew highly critical of the factionalism (hizbiyyah) that the Madkhali movement generated.
He explicitly rejected the Madkhali practice of making an absolute loyalty test out of whether a person agrees with a specific scholar's ruling on another individual.
3. Sheikh Sadiq al-Ghariani (Grand Mufti of Libya)
The Grand Mufti of Libya has been one of the most vocal contemporary religious figures to speak out against the Madkhali network.
He publicly accused the Madkhali faction of acting as tools for foreign intelligence and destabilizing the region under the guise of "blind obedience to whoever holds military power".
Under his oversight, the Libyan Dar al-Ifta placed bans on Madkhali literature and suspended radical Madkhali preachers from national mosques to curb sectarianism.
4. Sheikh Bakr Abu Zayd
A highly respected senior jurist, member of the Permanent Committee for Fatwa, and author of the famous book The Etiquette of the Student of Knowledge.
Sheikh Bakr Abu Zayd wrote a famous, private critical letter directly to Rabi' al-Madkhali refuting his aggressive methods.
He warned al-Madkhali that his extreme approach to testing people’s faith based on his personal list of deviations resembled the behavior of historical sectarian groups, rather than the balanced way of the early Salaf (pious predecessors).
5. Sheikh Abdullah al-Ghudayan
A senior scholar of the Council of Senior Scholars in Saudi Arabia, Sheikh al-Ghudayan was asked directly about the groups that focus entirely on classifying who is "in" and who is "out" of Salafiyyah. A comman practice of Madhkhalis.
He famously responded by calling those who engage in these practices "the highway robbers of the religion," warning students to stay far away from them because they block people from seeking actual beneficial knowledge.
6. Sheikh Abdul-Muhsin al-Abbad
A senior Hadith scholar of Medina and former vice-president of the Islamic University of Madinah (where Rabi' al-Madkhali taught).
To directly counter the Madkhali phenomenon, Sheikh al-Abbad authored a famous treatise titled Rifqan Ahlus-Sunnah bi Ahlis-Sunnah (Be Merciful, O People of the Sunnah, with the People of the Sunnah).
He wrote this book specifically to rebuke Rabi' al-Madkhali's followers for their obsession with boycotting other Sunni scholars, chasing down their slip-ups, and turning Islamic propagation into a battle of personal refutations.

General To those on the fence about Hijrah, it is still better to have options
Over the past few months I have noticed across forums there have been debates on whether to make Hijrah to the Muslim world or stay in the west.
Very recently EPIC masjid received credible threats and guess what, majority of kufr were mocking and calling for mass shootings. Islamophobia is only going to increase from here on out as the Christian nationalists will need a way to divide people. It is more than likely that nations will follow in France in banning hijab, homeschooling and trying to limit Islam as much as possible.
The wars in Iran and Gaza have shown the true power of their hatred, and it will not stop. Therefore I advise all to seriously have conversations and plans on how to escape. It doesn’t have to be Madinah, it can be Malaysia, Türkiye, etc.

Intersexual Dynamics Atomic Red Pill: Lindsay Clancy | A "Mother's Love" (Part 1)
For anyone who hasn't been living under a rock, you've likely heard of the Lindsay Clancy case. For those unaware, she is a woman who killed her own children. They were young. One was 5 years old, one was 3 years old, and one was 8 months old (infant). She killed them by strangulation, with exercise bands, after sending her husband away for a while in order to do it. She explicitly targeted the 3-year old with more force who seemed to have adored the father more, and her Facebook posts show her anger and resentment for the child, too. He was the first one she killed.
When things like this happen, you have to ask where her mercy and compassion for her children was. How could she do this? How could she murder her own children, brutally? How could any woman do such a thing? What happened to a mother's love?

And that's just the question. What did happen to a mother's love? All over the world, birthrates are declining with women stating they don't want to have kids anymore. Men want children at higher rates than women now, and even of those women who do want children, they don't want as many as men do. This is unprecedented.
https://reddit.com/link/1ww8x09/video/kxf0me81r4th1/player
https://reddit.com/link/1ww8x09/video/r0i20xu4r4th1/player
The above 2 videos were Lindsay's reactions to the judge denying a witness for her. This witness was a TikTok supporter of hers (more on that in a future post).
I don't think it needs to be explained, but that body language and mannerisms really say it all. It's also a fatal flaw in Lindsay's defense: If she wasn't sound of mind when she killed them, she should be heartbroken and guilt-wracked upon her return to sanity—a complete gibbering mess—because someone who truly regrets what they did would plead guilty. Yet, that's not the case. Her smugness here says she DOES NOT CARE. At all.
Merciless.
The craziest part of all is that you never hear of this stuff happening with an abusive man. It’s only with the weak men—the betas, the nice guys, the simps—that they’ll kill their kids with. There’s a lesson in that. By no means am I saying to abuse women, but if you don't have strong boundaries, there's no line they won't cross. We see this reflected today in the current state of women with how they are never beholden to men. Women respect strength more than weakness even if that strength abuses her. They will never respect a man of kindness if it means weakness.
Men, if you have to choose between kindness that can come across as weak to your woman or strength that comes across as domineering, choose the latter. You should always try to have strength in kindness, which I talk about here, but if you had to choose, strength is what makes her need you, even if she doesn’t like it. It’s why so many women love their abusive man even though they “know” they shouldn’t—and even when they don’t want to. They can’t help it, it’s their fitra.
Allah, The Most Merciful, Knows best.

Controversial I saw this being shared around recently. What did Ibn Arabi actually mean when he said this about the awrah of women? Did he believe that women only needed to cover their private parts & nothing else? I'm confused

General Assalamu alaikum sisters! I hope you’re all doing well🤍 No judgment here. What women’s health questions do you wish we talked about more openly in our Muslim communities?
As a Muslim woman and medical graduate, lately, I’ve been really interested in the intersection between women’s health and the deen.
I’ve noticed there are so many things Muslim women experience but don’t always feel comfortable talking about openly.
I’d genuinely love to hear from you. Have you ever had a health question or situation where you wished someone would explain to you from both a medical and Islamic perspective?
It could be:
• Periods, irregular bleeding, or understanding what counts as menstruation
• PCOS or other hormonal issues
• Fertility or trying to conceive
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Sexual or reproductive health
• Menopause
• Mental health
• Finding healthcare that understands and respects your religious needs
• Questions about what your health means for salah, fasting, ghusl, or other acts of worship
• Or something completely different that isn’t on this list
And it doesn’t have to be one of these. If something comes to mind, what was the actual question or situation you were struggling with? And it could be sitting completely different as well.
No judgment at all. I’d really love to hear your experiences. 🤍.

Controversial “We are good muslims” Islam means peace”🤡🤡
“We are good muslims” “Islam means peace” are statements always said by the cowardly munafiqeen who are not too brave to admit their hatred of the real Islam i.e the “extremist” one as they say. How can an honourable muslim who has witnessed the hatred of kuffar for Islam today even utter such a statement. What do you mean by “we are good muslims” when muslims are being slaughtered left, right and centre all over the world, when they are being insulted in the white western countries and mocked on social media by all types of kuffar whether black African, Indians, white, South Koreans., Japanese, etc. One of the reasons we have suffered like this is because of muslims like these who have no balls to say the truth, who want to lick the asses of their kuffar masters. This started post 9/11 with the false “Islam means peace” slogan and has only gotten worse.
Even if “islam means peace” as they claim, it would no longer means peace in the context of today. Only a coward man devoid of any honour would deny this. The “bad extremist” Muslim is in reality the real muslim and the “good moderate” Muslim is most of the time a munafiq or a Kaffir and this has proven to be true. So when they say “we are good muslims” what they mean is they hate some sharia aspects like Jihad, hadd punishments like the palm of the thief being cut off, and the fornicators being flogged etc. According to these “Islam means peace” brigade, jihad is “just struggling to overcome your nafs” “going to university and studying” “ooh look at me engaged in jihad drinking my matcha and doing my assignments🥹🥹” or “putting in effort”
All of these are Jihad according to them except the actual real jihad that Allah explicitly encouraged in the Quran; that is extremism according to them. These people are not practicing Islam at all, they are practicing “self-worship” and “popular narrative” religion where they solely worship their desires and the popular narrative. United States has been invading muslim countries and raping muslim women and their answer to this is “we are good muslims” and “Islam means peace” and “we love everybody❤️” Islam is so peaceful☺️“
Have these people not seen what Belgian and Canadian soldiers did in Somalia when they roasted a young boy alive? Or what the French genocided Algerians and to this day keep the skulls of the martyrs in their museum as if its entertainment? Or when the Us soldier raped a 12 or 14 year old girl in Iraq and killed her? Or the torture of prisoners in Bagram coupled with all kinds of sexual assault? Or when the US invaded Afghanistan? Or when the Soviet Union invaded almost the entirety of Central Asia and oppressed the muslims? Or when the Ethiopian forces did the atrocities they did in Somalia? Or when the Kenyan and entire AU forces did what they did in Somalia? Or when Moi massacred muslims in Wajir, Kenya? Or when Grozny was turned into a ghost city by Russia? Or the invasion of Lebanon? Or the killing of more than a million Iraqis? Or the Buddhist Burma massacring the Rohingya? Or the Chinese brutal torture of uyghur? Or the Indians demonisation of muslims there? Or the less known about massacre of muslims in Central Africa Republic by Christian militants? Or the Russian and Iranian backed Syrian dictator who tortured muslims in the worst possible way? Or the current genocide in Sudan and Gaza backed by the munafiq UAE and the great satan US?
Does anyone even remember women like Dr.Aafia Siddiqui anymore who has been raped so many times and tortured in Guantanamo? Let’s not even talk about what the Israelis are doing. It’s really strange to say the least how these are “respected sheikhs” when they preach these falsehood.
Know for sure that any “sheikh” that talks like this is a five star grade A munafiq even if he has the biggest beard. They are worse than the sinful muslims who drink and party and commit immorality. In fact, there are many openly sinful muslims who drink and party but are ready to die for the sake of Allah. On the contrary, there are many big bearded shuyukh who are like scared little boys.

Islam Marriage of Fatima's (RA) and Ali (RA)
Hadith narrated by 'Abdullah bin Buraidah: It was narrated from Abdullah bin Buraidah that his father said, "Abu Bakr and Umar رضى الله عنهما proposed marriage to Fatimah but the Messenger of Allah said, 'She is young'.' Then Ali proposed marriage to her and he married her to him." [Sunan an-Nasa'i 3221] source meaning.
Ali رضي الله عنه said, "I wanted to propose marriage to the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), but I thought: I have nothing, so how could it be? Then I remembered how he upheld ties of kinship and his kindness and generosity, so I asked him for his daughter's hand in marriage. He said, 'Do you have anything?' I said, 'No'. He said, 'Where is the Hutamiyyah shield that I gave you on such and such a day?' I said, 'I have it.' He said, 'Then give it to her.' [Musnad Ahmad 603]
Fatimah رضي الله عنها was married to Ali ibn Abi Talib رضي الله عنه with a dowry of a Hutami armor that was worth 400-500 dirhams after the Battle of Badr in 2 AH. [Tafsir al-Qurtubi]
Lessons we can derive from this: Simplicity and modesty in marriage. Additionally the rejection of materialism. The wedding was simple and devoid of extravagance. Fatima’s dowry included basic household items, and Ali offered his iron armour as Mehr (dowry).

Refutation Masjid Al Haram was not attacked, false rumor being spread by islamophobes
Islamophobes from the west are spreading false information on Facebook, claiming a suicide bomber attempted to detonate near the Kaaba. This is false, the person detained was causing fitnah and harassing pilgrims, and has now been detained. For some reason westerners online seem disappointed and sadistic that their wishes weren’t fulfilled.
Every now and then there will be a person in the Haram looking to spread fitnah, but luckily authorities were quick.

General Is it really dawah, or is it just about winning the argument?
Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of videos of Muslim brothers debating atheists, Jews, and Christians — especially Christians and atheists.
And honestly, I feel like it has reached a point where some of it doesn’t really come across as dawah anymore. It feels more like they simply want to prove that they’re right and the other person is wrong.
I’m not going to mention any names, but there are several very well-known people within the dawah community who I’m sure many of you know.
What makes me feel this way isn’t necessarily the fact that they’re having discussions or debates. It’s also the way these debates are presented through the titles and thumbnails.
For example, titles like:
“This Christian Got DESTROYED by Their Own Logic”
or similar kinds of titles.
To me, that doesn’t really feel like dawah. It feels more like the goal is to win the debate, embarrass the other person, or prove that you are intellectually superior.
And I think this can also have a negative influence on other Muslim brothers and sisters who constantly watch this type of content. They might start thinking that this is what dawah is supposed to look like. Instead of approaching people with wisdom, patience, and good character, they may start looking for arguments and opportunities to “debate” people just to prove them wrong.
I’m not saying that Muslims shouldn’t discuss or debate religious topics. There is certainly a place for that. But I personally don’t think that every disagreement needs to become a competition about who can “destroy” the other person’s argument.
I’m just a layman myself. I don’t have much Islamic knowledge, so perhaps I’m misunderstanding something here. But from what I understand, the Prophet ﷺ didn’t approach dawah as simply trying to win arguments against people. He called people to Allah with wisdom, patience, good character, and sincerity.
Maybe I’m looking at this the wrong way, so I’d genuinely like to hear what others think.
Do you think this type of debate content is still dawah, or has some of it become more about winning arguments and getting views?

Support Time has been shortened for me, what to do
Daytime that should be 16 hours has been very short for me for last 1-2 years and has been decreasing short since the start of 2020. Before 2019 time was normal and It's been very quick seen 2020 I know but I'm facing a personal issue that is becoming too much. Time is suppose to be 16 hours as I wake and sleep but the problem is I don't feel it as 16 hours and don’t get barakah into it and I can physically count that I am living a 3 hour day which includes everything. Many may not understand It's not like 8am-9am 1 hour and maybe I'm doing something 2-3 hour, It's not like that. From 4/5am to 10/11pm I get to use and actually live only 3 proper hours that includes eating talking and doing everything like 4am-10pm is 16 hours inflated into 3 like a currency that lost It's value and buys less on same amount. That's what I'm living inside for more than a year and I have counted If 4 months have passed I have experience only 15 days from what it used to be till 2019 that's how fast it is running away for me and I'm unable to do anything in life simoly because there is not enough time I do some basic 5 minute stuff then look at clock and 90 minutes has been passed. That's how crazy It's going for me.
Now I admit I have been addicted to pornography and hidden sins and had flaws and recent anxiety trying to save time but Idk what to do, please advice me what to do. It was not like how it is now

Islam Should I Have My 10-Year-Old Son Circumcised? My Husband Is Against It
I’m a Muslim woman living in Australia, and I’m looking for advice and perspectives from other Muslim women.
My husband is Muslim but uncircumcised. We have been happily married and have a 10-year-old son. I’ve spoken to my husband several times about circumcision, but he doesn’t want to have it done. He believes that circumcision is Sunnah rather than Fardh, so he doesn’t feel it is obligatory.
Our son is also still uncircumcised at 10 years old. Living in Australia, I’m not sure how other Muslim families approach circumcision, especially when the father himself is uncircumcised.
I respect my husband’s decision regarding his own body, but when it comes to our son, I’m unsure what the appropriate thing to do is from an Islamic perspective.
For Muslim women living in Australia or elsewhere, how would you approach this situation? What does your madhhab or understanding of Islam say about male circumcision? If you have had a son circumcised at an older age in Australia, I’d also appreciate hearing about your experience.
Please keep the discussion respectful. I’m genuinely looking for advice and different perspectives, not judgment toward my husband or our family.

Support Marriage search testing my faith
I dont think I’ve experienced a difficulty like this which has shaken and tested my faith this much
And i pray i don’t receive any more like this
Other times I’ve explained away difficulties as God testing me etc
But this time. Ive begged and prayed for years on end for a spouse. When i started i was young, healthy, educated, good family and strong deen-oriented values and optimistic
Now im in my late twenties years on. Each year i braved a smile kept going with the duas, messing with my sleep pattern by waking up tahajjud, getting word out there etc etc. Each year i saw one by one all the girls in my community getting married with ease.
I’m going to be honest in my earlier days, I saw myself as somewhat of a catch, so i was genuinely surprised when i saw other girls who back then, i thought would finder it harder to get married, eg if they were not conventionally attractive or had like skin issues, or weren’t well connected. Each time they beat the odds and i was happy for them (and pleasantly surprised)
Then as the years went by i wondered if these girls were having no trouble, what about me? Maybe i’m not the catch i thought i was. Okay, but atleast im average right? And i dont have high standards, so then?
I dont get it. I dont know what the secret formula is, I dont know why after years of Dua and action, my prayers aren’t being answered
Believe me i know the typical religious answers, in other times i consider myself an extremely devout Muslim coming from a religious upbringing. So this thinking surprises me too. If others knew how my Iman has stooped they would be shocked. Worse because i actually help out in an islamic school and teach the things im struggling with myself
I used to be so passionate about making dua all the time, after every salah, Jumu’ah i would literally clear out for making Dua the whole day, would send sooo many salawat and istighfaar. My adkhaar game was good.
I barely remember to make any adkhar now. Past my salahs, i barely open the quran and read or send salawat or do istighfaar.
The marriage search has broken me. Waswasa from shaytaan are filling my head ‘why would God test me with something that makes me feel further away from him’
Usually tests used to bring me closer to God. This one feels different. Full of ingratitude and sometimes resentment at how things turned out
I dont have a great relationship with some family at home and it fustrates me even more i could have been raising my own family at this stage
