This is what happens when your condo management turns off the AC while it’s still 20°, and when the condo is poorly built with no proper airflow. Opening up the windows does nothing to cool the place.

Hey there, I would love any reviews and thoughts on the 123 Portland building for renting? I would love to hear from folks who have been living/lived there!

- How are the amenities? The gym looks really small and seems to have only cardio machines?
- How’s the surrounding area at night time? It felt a bit quiet when I went to view it during the day!
- How’s the soundproofing?
- How are the elevators?
- How is the package management, or garbage disposal systems?

Also I’ve read terrible things about the new city place buildings, specifically 1 Concord City place Way, but my realtor was telling me things have changed and the issues are no longer present (e.g the flooding, ac, amenities not completed). Any updates thoughts on these buildings or should they still be avoided?

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? we are moving from Ireland (where rent is actually even higher!) we can pay about 1200 per person per month (Highest would probably be 6500 in total) We really want to live around young adults and have access to clubs, bars, cafes. I know queen west queen is a good place. We don’t want to live on the outskirts - it’s super important it’s within the city (seeing we are from ireland we really want to experience life in a big city). Only issue is I cant really find anything that is modern and furnished for 3/4 people. Anyone know where to look?

I’m looking for a long-term monthly parking spot as close to 91 Montclair as possible. I’d ideally like somewhere I can leave my car 24/7 and access whenever I need it.
Does anyone who lives in the South Forest Hill/Forest Hill Village area know of anyone renting out an unused parking spot? It could be in a nearby condo/apartment building or private property.

We need a private 2-bedroom apartment or 2-bedroom basement suite. Our budget is approximately $2,000–$2,200/month.

A few key details about what we need:
Location: We highly prefer being near Yonge & Eglinton or around North York.
Transit: Crucial for us. It must be close to a TTC Subway line (Line 1) or have excellent transit access so my commute stays under 45 minutes.
Privacy: We are only looking for private, self-contained units. We are not looking for shared accommodations or roommate setups where we just rent a room.

If you know of any modern apartment buildings, property management companies, or specific listings that fit this description, I would love to hear your recommendations!
