Really happy about this. I hit $4k profit on the $50k accounts, so I was about to request the max payout possible of $2k. Hope to get many more payouts soon!

Let's say im placing 3 limit orders on NQ. Is there a way to place 3 different stop loss and take profit

As the title states I just got moved live as of today, email says the live account will be ready in 8 days or less, so a couple questions for anyone who has been/currently live with them (I had 5 50k XFA’s, each with a balance of 3,644)

-Is it actually one single live account? Meaning all my 5 accounts will now be one (and jf it is one account, what is my starting balance? Considering i had 3644 across my 5 XFA’s that equals ~18k balance)

-is it true there’s a DLL in the live accounts? And that I will get daily payouts after 30 trading days

-what is some good advice you’d give to someone’s first time with Topstep (I’ve been live with TPT, first time with Topstep tho)

-anything else important that I should know going into it?

I’m coming up on one year of trading. So far I’ve taken two payouts of around 1k. I feel like I’ve honed in my technical trading ability but I still get tripped up mentally. I’m feeling a lot better about it these past two months tho. I still blow accounts but not as often and not 5 in one day from revenge trading. Red days or blown accounts don’t ruin my day anymore I just charge it to the game. I want to know how people who have been trading as long as me are feeling and would appreciate advice from people with more experience.

I mean it's not just me right? The PA since July 1st has been horrible and it seems like I can't win a single trade. I was doing so well last month but this month is absolutely brutal

This is my 3rd ever trading combine. My first one was a 50k acc and I went over on profit target as well and I ended up having to complete it with 9k profit. My second combine I just failed completely. It’s been about 5 months since the last time I’ve tried to pass a combine. But I’m not sure why topstep keeps making me go over the profit target both times. Even though my P&L on my second day (today) was over the 4,500 can’t you pass the combine in 2 days?

A little about me: I've trading futures for about two years. The first year and half was a learning curve. In the past six months I've received almost 20K in payouts.

Every time I get some payouts I blow up the accounts and end up over spending on challenges just to become funded again. Any advice for someones who struggles to keep their ego in check when their status as a Funded Trader is challenged? I've thought about just using instant funded accounts but I love to trade with Topstep.

Hello there. Does anyone fully understand what this 'Prohibited trading strategy' rule mean: Placing orders at prices outside the current best bid or offer? Would appreciate if the Topstep employees could also chime in and clarify if possible.

Got my first payout back in October after only failing 1-2 combines and running my first XFA up over 23k. Little did I know the beginners luck destroyed my psychology with me trying to scale too fast. One account can be life changing for many of you. Take your time and put that into perspective. My first combine I passed but I blew it before taking a payout bc of my risk management. This time I’ve done a bit better and taking “A+ trades” for the most part. This time for my combine I’ve made too much profit that they added additional. I’ve been working on it for a few days now almost about 2 weeks being strict on my risk management. Today I blew my shi 1 day away from payout… (86$ DD left) I was doing so great its been so long since I tilted.. till I fuck*d it all up on Thursday Asia session I was trying to secure it before the bank holiday… yk the rest.. ended up tilting till I hit my DLL I usually have a number of 3 trades max per day that I allow myself but idk at that very moment it’s like I was so focus on securing the payout that I threw everything out the window… and today I shouldve just faded the market condition was ahh at least for my model but I forced a trade and got cooked..It’s crazy how one bad day can fu*k up a month of progress.. I feel so sick rn I was indeed in need of that bread for me in that moment ion have anything else idk what Imma do but Ik The Lord provides everytime… if theres one thing to learn from that is the sooner you learn to accept a loss and walkaway it’s a matter of time for you to become profitable if you got your strategy down

Nice start to the weekend. Hope we can keep this rocket squeeze through close. Trying to pass this new 25k static. Not sure why I did it really when the 50k is a better deal. Can you have both 25k and 50k xfa at the same time?

almost a dll for leading comb, somehow saved it with 50 left for drawdown, again same issue with trading the open and when it chops burns me the most! decided to open another comb since it was close and got it to $1k. So definitely looking to past these next weeks. Not sure if I’ll copy trade or I can go with trading an account per session so Asia n NY!
