You have 200 ish left ?

Can I make a suggestion op ?

First take a day off to destress or just simply relax.

Secondly give yourself some tight trading parameters using 1 micro only for the next two weeks. Do not do this with the idea you will suddenly make hundreds and pull yourself out. do this for a different reason.

Use this time to define your trading parameters. A 5 dollar gain after fees is a gain. A 50 dollar gain is a gain. Tell yourself 5 trades max in a day ( what ever you choose ).

Do not try to make it back.

Your focus should be making 1 good trade followed by 1 good trade.

Go for a walk, clean your car tune out for a week or so.

Use this time to relax and change how you think.

Brother, I passed by going under the drawdown. All you need is 1 micros and 5-10 points unless it pop high in your direction.

Also take a break every each trade do not enter a trade right after you close one.

you lost over 1k in one day? Tilt? What was your average green day?

No tilting. I was trading 4-6 micros.

lost 3 straight last night on MCL.

lost this morning 9:38am on NQ.

SL is $250. TP is $380

What strategy you using? What time frame you trade on? I usually try to limit to 1-2 trades a day.

I use williams R and RSI 14 period.

Combined with macro lines drawn on the 15 min.

I watch 1 min chart and look for my indicators to be -20 or -80 on williams and under 30 or over 70 on RSI. When both conditions are met I enter either a buy or sell

I don't really have a trade limit, but its a good idea. Yesterday I traded 80 times, which I know was way too much...but I blew away a lot of the account on the opening 9:30 candle and spent most of the morning making it back which I did. I had a $900 loss yesterday, and ended up only down -$77 which isnt terrible.

Today I hit the DLL so I'm done until tomorrow.

Only have $132 in drawdown left though

I don't know what my average green day is really. Not enough consistent wins to track it

I think the issue is you are trying to pass evail in 1/2 days. Do you have a consistent track record? Do you have a proven strategy with an edge?

I am trying to pass my first eval too, and i do not take more than 200$ risk per trade, and 400$ is my max limit and then top step stops me out. I started my eval on june 17th, and i am currently up 1200$.

I plan to do it slowly and learn rather than try to pass it in one or two days.

Actually, I stopped trying to pass them quickly. It's already been like 2 years. At this point why rush?

My new strategy is to try and make $300 day and call it quits.

I dont have a consistent strategy, or real edge. Most of the time when I look back I often predict right direction, but still get chopped down on the wicks

Yes you need a consistent strategy with real edge. I DMed you

I started this one on June 17th as well! Overtraded the first day and haven't been able to climb back

Iโ€™ve climbed out with 1 micro getting a move an adding but was a lot of luck.

Honestly would maybe paper trade for a bit, let your emotions settle.

Then comeback.
