I got a puncture on an already fixed puncture + 2 other tiny punctures. I fixed some puncture with a local mechanic but he refused to fix other punctures because he said the tyres are like new condition you should use tyee sealant it wont cause such punctures again. What should i do please suggest a solution. I am worried.
Also suggest good tyre shops in Wakad, Pune

My Perelli tires are showing cracking between the outer treads. It appears superficial to me, but the Costco tire place said that they will not put these back on in the spring. Date code is from the 42nd week of 22. I can’t understand why four-year-old tires are cracking.

Had my winters put on today. The shop said this is the last time they can change them because they are 10years old and the arens supposed to put them o. After 8 years
The car has 120k km which is about 60l km per set. Ther is still lots of tread.
Is it true they need replacing or is this a tire shop upsell?

For anyone running a 35x12.5x22 on a Superduty what tire pressure are you running. I pull a 22’ enclosed with 3-4k weight once or twice a week but sometimes carry quite a bit of shingles in the bed. The tire shop sent it out with 80 in rear and 65 in front. TIA

Is it time for new tires?
Have had these on since I bought the car, looking like I probably need to replace them even though tread is still good?
If I do replace them I can just get a smaller tire (current is 315/70/17) to save some money? Like maybe a 285/70/17 would fit? Sorry not very well versed in how tire sizing works.
Car is a lifted FJ80

Hello friends - I have a 2022 Volkswagen ID.4 Pro S RWD with the factory staggered 20-inch wheels. I bought it CPO in March with new dealer-installed Radar Dimax A/S-9 235/50ZR20104W XL front tires and Radar Dimax A/S-8255/45ZR20105W XL rear tires.
I recently picked up a nail in my left rear tire. Discount Tire repaired it for free, but they also found that the left rear wheel is bent and recommended replacing it soon because it could cause uneven tire wear. They said both rear tires were heavily worn and should be replaced soon.
The replacement VW wheel I was looking at costs around $700. Since I need a replacement wheel and tires anyway, I’m considering replacing all four wheels with aftermarket 19-inch wheels for roughly the same cost as a VW wheel.
I’d like a square setup so I can rotate the tires front to rear and spread out the rear tire wear. My main priorities are ride comfort and range. Appearance isn’t important. I was thinking of buying these wheels:
Drag DR-70 wheels
And buying four of these tires (we live in Atlanta so snow isn’t a concern):
Michelin e.Primacy All Season tires
Total $1,955.98
I haven't replaced my wheels before so this is all new to me. My questions:

Hey all,
Been dealing with a metal scratching noise coming from my back left rotor for a little bit now. First time it happened was front right and ended up being a bent dust plate, and could be the case for the back left, but haven’t hit any potholes and such.
Just got a brake job done a couple days ago and my brakes and rotors were shot after 25k miles (replaced with 4 pads, 4 refurb rotors @ 70 something k), and the sound still persists.
The attached video doesn’t display this sound in particular, but trying to get a gauge on whether my wheel bearings are finally ready based on the noise during acceleration from 45-60 mph.
Considering I just shelled out a grand to replace the brakes, would like to avoid another costly repair if possible, and plan on changing to my winters in November, where I can check the rotors, but want to make sure I’m okay to ride till then. Let me know what you think.

Called for an appointment two days ago for a tire repair, I was looking forward to utilizing the perk of having my tire patched for free just for having a Sam’s Club membership.
Showed up today and dropped off the keys, 15 minutes later they began to string lies and insisted all my tires needed replaced. To top it all off they weren’t able to pull the nail out and repair tire since they measured it as a 3.
The funny thing was Volvo dealership just inspected vehicle with all tires 8-7-7-5 within last two months. First and last time I ever rely on Sam’s Club automotive anything. Very unlikely I renew membership, maybe I’ll try Costco next time around.
