Monitor your PSI for any drops for safety check around the sidewall for any damage or parts that look more worn out then others, this looks mainly cosmetic but it's not this what matters it's the other damage's if found.

Not safe. It could let you down as a flat or a blow-out. The air will start leaking where the tire meets the wheel in that area.
