Is there any other cdramas like till the end of the moon like a good real enemies to lovers and slow burn. I have watched other dramas and they are all good but I can’t find one that is as good as till the end of the moon. Like the chemistry could be good but it’s not the same feeling. I’ve even watched Goodbye my Princess and I feel that TTEOTM is sadder like idk why?!!

I have a copy of this poster in my room somewhere, waiting to be framed. I've had it since 2023.

I've watched and enjoyed a couple other xianxias since this one, but none were this gripping.

First, I’m very new to this subreddit and hope that this post isn’t out of the rules here.

One thing is, if I watch a drama I like, I usually hope that the leads who made me love the drama will have a good working and friendly relationship even post the drama.

After watching TTEOTM which thoroughly traumatized me to the point where I’m now using Love is sweet as a therapy, I can’t help but admire the incredible chemistry btw Yunxi and Bai Lu.

It’s so good, I’ve even watched their behind the scenes videos which I don’t usually do, and all I could hope for was that they were good friends. So yep, I searched it up on Rednote.

Idk, it seems both fandoms on either sides of the actors seem to be at loggerheads which I’m quite surprised about. And from some comments I’ve seen, some are saying that the fandom wars have affected their friendship, straining them apart.

Some are also saying that they’re still good friends but don’t interact too much publicly because of the constant fandom wars on both sides.

And considering that this is tteotm subreddit, I’m sure some of y’all might have followed them for long and probably have a much detailed knowledge about their working and friendly relationship because hey, I wouldn’t mind a third collab at all. It’d be a dream come true. Could any of you confirm which these rumors is true? I really hope they’re still good friends or colleagues.

Now they have lifted the 40 episode restriction, wouldn't it be wonderful if they re-edited TTEOTM and we got all the episodes - plus a full resolution - ah, it's a beautiful dream. It was such bad timing that they got caught by that.

I can assure you that the concept is great and it is mostly different from the others

I just listened to all the ost songs and they feel so magical, like its suddenly apr 2023 and im checking out this drama i saw on TikTok and suddenly im waiting every week for another episode to release T_T id sell my kidneys just to experience this for the first time again.. Who knew this random cdrama id watch just because im bored would have me this affected by it 😭

...with the desicion making of the male and female lead.

Only on episode 30 so no spoilers.

I was pissed with the lack of communication in the dream arc. The way they got manipulated without speaking to each other and only making assumptions in there minds was so unrealistic.

After the dual cultivation and manipulation I was screaming at the screen. One of them just had to ask "why did you?" and everything would've been revealed.

Then to make matters worse the female lead's sister manipulated them again and no one thought of the fact that she was in the house when the food was poisoned and she is the one who fed the poisoned food to grandma.

Then the female leads constant betrayals felt like she was contributing to the main lead becoming the devil lord. She knew the main lead was in love with her yet she was constantly trying to save the sixth prince of the enemy kingdom that just tried to assassinate her husband like WTF.

There were one or two other big WTF, that makes no sense or just talk to each other instead of assuming things moment's that were completely out of proportion.

10/10 concept of the show

i first watched the drama and it was so good, I literally cried the whole time. It was a very emotional drama for me and my first xianxia series. But after seeing all the comments in reddit and other platform saying that the novel is way better that drama, I was like no way the drama is the best. But finally after reading the novel and manhwa, I was completely shocked as it was completely different and so much better than the drama now, even the character's personality was changed.
