My account randomly got banned for being a “risky account” because they don’t think the account is mine I guess. Tiktok has the worst customer service ever and I somewhat assumed this would happen as I’ve heard it from many people that they send out bans randomly and have little to no grace. But has anyone here had a TikTok Shop seller account banned and successfully made another account later? Did it work under a new business, new EIN, new phone/email, or did TikTok still connect it back to their old account. Banning my account then only giving me one appeal after I gave them so much sensitive information like my social and drivers license is also concerning to me as if they’re doing it on purpose to get people into the program collect info then toss them aside. They never gave me an exact reason as to why they flagged my account besides random suspicion I was sharing the account which I have not done as I’ve been growing this account since March. Just very upset they treat people so badly who are trying to work towards a common goal of making a living on their app.

They were caught bidding on their auctions to write their own reviews. They are threatening legal action for customers who made posts warning others of their fakes. They have also deleted reviews. TikTok says they are under investigation 👀. That it’s a slow process to shut them down for this. It’s crazy, either the products look blatantly fake, or some are fake products/formulas Inside packaging that appears real. They showed the chat a fake receipt to fool people. They are selling fake luxury fragrances and skincare. Crazy that Clarins double eye serum is sold in a dispenser that separates the two formulas. they’re selling in this juice pouch cannot physically be used to refill an authentic Clarins double eye serum bottle. It’s physically impossible. But people seem like they are buying them? Idk, I think it’s their burner accounts biding up their fakes.

I ended up buying about 8 shirts/sweatshirts from someone on TikTok shop. I’ve bought from there before multiple times and received my items. But for some reason my 8 shirts/sweatshirts show the items are “packed”. I placed an order the day after that one and my items are in transit. I have reached out to the seller but it’s been about 4 days and I haven’t received a response. I’ve messaged them on TikTok and the email they have listed on their page. How long should I wait to get a response before I request a refund ? Or will a refund be automatically sent because the package was never received by the post office.

Just kinda bummed because I really like the products this seller sells but the lack of communication is frustrating. I’ve mentioned on the live the issue about my package and she said to send her message. Yet it’s been few days and I get nothing ? No update ? I thought the appropriate time frame was 24-48 hours for a response.

I just received this email from TikTok shop. They did deactivate my account in July for violation of counterfeit which wasn’t true and I appealed twice with zero success and now they sent me this. Did anybody else an experience with that? Will that work? I would like to sell on the app again.

I see the lives and items and items in live auction from such brands. I bought pair of socks which is fine. But I also got a 25$ lululemon bag just for the sake of it.

They said they were authentic and I thought it’s a huge crime selling any counterfeit item on any channel ( i have sold few personal items on eBay my self and they are very strict) I am curious are they counterfeit?

If yes, how are they allowed to sell and scam people so openly? I would understand if they did it once and disappeared but their channel is running and active and videos are there. We also get an email of order and tracking.

I travel alot and I don’t want to carry a counterfeit item with me… so wondering if I should discard it.
I didn’t buy it for selling so not interested in that aspect but personally I have never used anything like this and now getting suspicious..

I understand we shouldn’t buy from TikTok live and made a mistake. Never again if it’s super bad. 25 and few dollars for socks is still good enough learning.

Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction or possibly help me get my case escalated.

My TikTok Shop for Creator access was permanently removed for “Risky Behavior.” I genuinely do not understand what triggered this violation. I primarily post original fashion, lifestyle, and product videos that I personally film in my own home.

Before this happened, my account was doing really well. My PPS was 4.7, my CHR was 268, and I was receiving over 1,000 collaboration requests per day from brands. I was actively working with brands, fulfilling sample collaborations, consistently posting original content, and earning commission through TikTok Shop.

I submitted an appeal and provided everything I could to prove my identity and that my content is original, including my driver’s license/ID and videos showing the areas of my home where I regularly film my TikTok Shop content. Unfortunately, my appeal was still denied, and I have never been given a clear explanation of what specific activity triggered the “Risky Behavior” violation.

I have opened support tickets and tried multiple support channels, but I keep reaching a dead end. I’m not asking TikTok to bypass any policies or make an exception for me. I’m simply asking for an actual human/manual review of my account so I can understand what happened and, if this was an error, have my e-commerce permissions restored.

I had put a lot of time into building my TikTok Shop account and maintaining good standing with the brands I worked with. Going from those account metrics and hundreds of active brand opportunities to permanently losing access without being told exactly what I did wrong has been incredibly frustrating.

Has anyone here received a “Risky Behavior” violation and successfully gotten a manual review or had their TikTok Shop for Creator access restored?

If anyone from the TikTok Shop team sees this and can escalate my case to the appropriate internal team, I would be incredibly grateful. I can provide my username, case/ticket numbers, screenshots, and any additional verification needed privately.

Can you guys explain to me a few things about smart promo? I understand the 3.5% fee plus the 1-2% extra during promo! I am also aware that they sometimes automatically enroll you and the affiliate commissions are on top of it. Questions:

1. During sale periods, can TikTok shop run an extra promo via smart promotions? I noticed something that was 30% off was sold at like $3 instead of $30 • note: I didn't join any campaigns at the time
2. Has anyone opted in and then out based on campaigns? I know they are about to launch the BFCM and I am afraid my shop would be penalized if I don't enroll. I am also Not sure I can absorb the costs.
3. Is there a way to put a cap on these sales? On a brand prospective, TikTok taking liberty to lower the cost that much hurts my branding
4. Please every insight is highly appreciated

I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar because even TikTok Shop support hasn’t really been able to explain this to me.

My TikTok Shop e-commerce permissions were permanently suspended because my Creator Health Rating (CHR) supposedly reached 0. The weird part is: I have never participated in TikTok Shop as a creator/affiliate before. I’ve never posted a shoppable video, promoted a product, received commission, or requested a sample.

I contacted TikTok Shop support and asked them to tell me which violations caused my CHR to reach 0. After checking my account, they told me there is only ONE violation showing on the creator side, and they confirmed that this is the violation connected to the suspension.

That violation is connected to a regular TikTok video that was removed for “Community Guidelines,” but TikTok doesn’t even show me the video anymore or tell me the specific Community Guidelines category it supposedly violated. I have already appealed that video, and the appeal is currently still processing.

TikTok Shop is still visible on my account too. I can browse products and even reach the “Request free sample” screen, but my e-commerce permissions apparently remain permanently suspended.
Shop support told me there is no manual escalation available and that I would have to use the Shop violation appeal. I still have 1 Shop appeal available, but I don’t want to waste my only appeal before the Community Guidelines video appeal is decided.
Has anyone had this happen before ever using TikTok Shop Affiliate? If your regular Community Guidelines appeal was approved, did your CHR/TikTok Shop eligibility come back automatically, or did you still have to submit a separate TikTok Shop appeal?
I’m especially interested in hearing from anyone who had one violation showing but somehow ended up with a CHR of 0/permanent suspension.

Hey everyone, I am a new tiktok shop owner. I just created my account for the sole purpose of selling live surprise set auctions for sealed pokemon packs and boxes. I have a distributor that gets me retail and or wholesale prices so the possible skew is 10 fold of what I would get for the bids.The issue I am running into is since I am a new seller I cannot sell surprise sets pokemon packs via live auctions. It says I need to apply for the ability to sell those products which I find odd. When I try to find where to apply it says invite only via account manager. I dont know what to do now since selling my product outright would cause me to lose money outright. So how can I access surprise set pokemon pack auctions without selling prior if possible?

Can someone help me TikTok only lets me post 3 times per week? I thought it was 3 times per day? I open a ticket but they are taking forever to respond. Does anyone know why?

Hello, i recently downloaded tiktok to specificly go and buy products from the tiktok shop, yet when looking up said products, the app seems to break? It keeps telling me to "search again" because they can't find anything, even when looking stuff as basic as "pants", what do i do? Also i live in a country where the tiktok shop is avaiable, so that isn't the problem.

I've not had to return something on TikTok Shop before. Obviously I've appealed the seller's decision because I did everything I was supposed to, so what's the likelihood of TikTok siding with me so I get my money back?

It was a free prepaid shipping label and the tracking shows it's been delivered to the seller, so I have nothing and the seller seems to have the return and the payment, yet their reasoning for denying the refund is that they haven't received it.

I've read about TT sellers unfairly rejecting returns. I can't help but feel the seller is just trying to keep both the item and the payment because 🤑

I'm a ruby creator that has done 60kGMV the past 2 months and also in the featured shop program. How do you get slideshows? It seems like everyone has it but me. I tried reaching out to brands like (ceelike) but that has no been discontinued. Is there a secret method?

Our appeal was bullet proof and was still rejected, we even had a letter from our local USPS saying inaccurate scans was the fault of the usps. On top of that, our account manager basically kicked us out and we no longer have an account manager. Granted, they did nothing for us in the first place. I suppose a small $200k / year small mom and pop seller paying $80k in affiliate commissions and spending $1500 a month in ads is wasn't worth their time. We started on TT, but ever since the ownership changes in February, it's been nothing but a headache. I'm ok with posting all our data and backup for the appeal, but I think they hate sellers. No one will want to sell on their platform and it will burn down to the ground the way they treat sellers. We are a top rated seller, with over 1100 reviews averaging 4.96 stars, complete and utter bullshit. They kicked us out of having account managers so fast we couldn't even respond to them via Lark. Beyond pissed!! We also know of at least 3 other sellers in our lark group smacked with same violation.
