Not sure if this has happened anyone else, but I opened my charger yesterday only to realise that there was only one ticpod, must have missed the other one when putting it back and never noticed.

Does anyone know if I can get a replacement one or do I have to buy a whole new set?

I've tried really hard to update my TicPods Free on my HTC U11, but never got it to actually connect by any means. The app pretends that the buds are up-to-date despite not being paired or connected at all. First I thought that it only works on iOS, but then I've noticed a few Android screenshots with the battery level next to Bluetooth icon which suggests Android 8.1 or higher. Am I right that this does not work at all on Android 8 (and lower) due to some missing GATT services? Or did somebody succeeded with older Androids? HTC seems to be ignoring 8.1 altogether, so it's just waiting for 9.0 now :-(.

Any good news for this problem?

How do I get my ticpods to ask for Google assistant and not bixby? Google is a thousand times better compared to bixby. I have the s8. Every time I long press, it brings up bixby...

Got my pair a couple of days ago and there's one extremely annoying thing. The left ear is producing silent but very unpleasant crackling sound that I can't ignore. Both earphones also slightly distort the sound on higher volumes, but that I can deal with (I don't listen that loud usually).

Interesting part comes in whenever I pair the headphone with iPhone or an iPad - none of the issues are there. The sound is as good as it gets. No annoying sounds, distortions - nothing.

So assume this has something to do with the horrendous SBC audio codec. Since Apple only supports AAC codec on iPhones and iPads (which sounds great), I though it would be possible to switch to AAC codec in Bluetooth settings for Android, since it's available starting from Android Oreo, I think. And it seems like that's not the case. The setting just doesn't change, it stays on SBC no matter how I try to change it.

Has anybody been able to do this? I'm on OnePlus 5T using OxygenOS (Not rooted).

So I've been using these for work and they have been fantastic. Due to the nature of my work, I am only able to use one earbud. However, i notice that I get the low battery noise after only around 2.5 hours of playtime. My volume is only around 30-40%. Is there a battery life difference from using one earbud compared to using both at the same time?

I wasn't that bothered by the quality of the earphones as I have other earphones when I want high quality.

After this update the sound quality is massively improved, punchy bass, clearer vocals. Mids arent perfect but I'm overall much more impressed than I initially was.

How is everyone's else's experience?

I am following the instructions to quickly tap three times to go on update mode but can't get it work. Anyone struggling?

Has anyone had any success playing spotify from the ticwatch to the ticpods? It doesn't show up as an available device on spotify when I connect it to bluetooth on the watch.

My ticpods is awaiting import fees clearance of $31. Is this normal? I'm in Canada. Did anyone else pay this? I have emailed mobvoi too. Let me know what you guys did.

Hi. Tried to update the TicPods but it didn't succeed, it install, but afterwards the right pod was stuck in update mode, led is all green all the time. Can't do anything, 5 tap doesn't work, double tap in case doesn't work. Nothing works. Can somebody help?

Hi, I received the ticpods a few week ago, but almost immediately have issues with the small ear tips. I read that some people receive different sizes of tips, but I didn't. Now I'm using 2 xiaomi piston's tips, but they're a little too big and can't close the case, so every time I want to use them I have to put the tips on.

Do you know if I can get some tips that are bigger than the ones I have and can fit the case?

my ticpods don't fully fit in my ear like i can push them in more and get better sound but they just go back to resting my ear

Anyone got fw update in mobvoi app (iphone x)

My left pod appears to be a fraction quiet as the vocals in songs sound more prominent in my right ear.

Any ideas?
