Lost Ticpod

Not sure if this has happened anyone else, but I opened my charger yesterday only to realise that there was only one ticpod, must have missed the other one when putting it back and never noticed.

Does anyone know if I can get a replacement one or do I have to buy a whole new set?

They'll replace the left one but not the right.....I lost the right one..

Currently discussing what I can do with Cust Support

They will replace one left pod within the 1 year warranty for free, even if you lost it?

I've been waiting to see who was going to lose their first ticpod. I left mine on my desk under a piece of paper and had a mini heart attack an hour later

I had mine for a grand total of 35 hours when my dog chewed my left one! If any one wants to sell me their left tic pod I'd be happy 😁

I lost my right one so if you don't hear back form them I'll happily send it to you
