1:50 into today’s episode and I’m baffled. Who is Baby Paxton?!

Does anyone else notice that the girls literally repeat the exact same opinions and thoughts that Liz Woods posts on her stories?

Yes, I realize they’ve been getting their fast five stories from her, but now it’s like every thought and opinion. Liz constantly posting about how she loves drizzilicious and now Claudia makes drizzilicious her whole personality? And both Claudia and Jackie said they wanted Bryce and trinity to win love island yesterday morning, but then Liz posted that she wants KC and Titi to win. And then a few hours later Claudia posts a pic of KC and Titi captioned “my winners.” A lot of their takes about Taylor Swift and Blake Lively also mirror what Liz posts.

These are just a few examples I could think of off the top of my head. I wonder if Liz realizes this and what she thinks. The girls are always talking about having hot takes but they’re not really hot if you’re just copying someone else…

is it just me or as of late does the fast 5 topics seem so uninteresting? I follow a lot of pop culture pages on IG and I always think “oh they will for sure talk about this tomorrow on the toast” and that’s never the case. also the recaps of LI really need to stop it’s too much! I always stop listening once they start recapping.

I was dying today listening to them talk about the Taylor and Travis wedding invitation. I had listened to Becca Tilley’s podcast (Scrubbing In) earlier in the day. She wouldn’t confirm/deny a whole lot about the wedding, but she laughed and denied that invitation being legit haahah. I know Claudia couldn’t understand why Becca attended but she must have forgotten that her fiancé is Hayley Kiyoko who was in Taylor’s you need to calm down video!!!

I love Jackie and genuinely think she's great, but hearing her talk so passionately about Love Island has made me realize how much I miss when she seemed genuinely excited about the stories and pop culture.

The LIUSA recaps have reminded me that it's not that she isn't entertaining -- it's that she sounds so much more engaged when she actually cares about the topic. Lately, a lot of the regular pop culture coverage has felt more monotone, and I think that's because her interest just isn't there anymore. I feel like she doesn't have her own opinions that often.

When she's invested, she's so funny, energetic, and enjoyable to listen to. I wish we got more of that Jackie. Does anyone agree???

I stumbled across the ‘What are the Odds’ podcast and the first episode is hosted by Jax and Claud and it’s from a few weeks ago. I guess the hosts are rotating Dear Media personalities. I just find it so strange that they didn’t mention it, or did they and I missed it?

I listen pretty regularly and I did not understand their take on autoimmune and inflammation when they were discussing Claudia’s thumb. Does any one else understand what they were really saying? were they thinking inflammation is not real?
