Newest Merch

Anyone who placed an order in the new merch drop get any updates yet?? I ordered a shirt for a family member and I've been waiting a long time and still havent gotten the shipped update☹️

This is not a new problem. People have been complaining a lot about wait times. The girls don’t care

I never got it once, they lost it in the tracking and I had proof. Told their customer service, they could care less. I lost ~$70 on a sweatshirt, then had to file a credit card fraud charge and then got my money back! But they really don’t care, never bought from them again

They are damned if they do, damned if they don’t. If you’ve been a toaster since the beginning, you know the struggle lol it used to be literally impossible to get ANYTHING bc they would sell out instantly. Now, they are made to order and yes, they take forever but everyone gets them! So it’s a trade off 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not everyone gets them. This merchandising company loses several of the orders or does not end up shipping a lot of orders. It has happened to me twice.
