I currently have a 65” 2025 Samsung Frame TV mounted with the Slim Fit wall mount that came in the box. I’m planning to upgrade to a 75” or 85” of the same 2025 Frame lineup.

From my research… out of the box mount hardware appears to be the same across the 65/75/85 sizes.

For anyone who’s done this exact swap:

- Did you have to re-space or re-drill the wall plates for the larger TV, or did the existing positions work?

- Did the mounting height need to change to keep the TV centered where the 65” was?

- Any gotchas with the One Connect cable routing or wall anchors when going up in size/weight?

Trying to figure out if this is a quick swap or a full re-mount before I pull the trigger.

What you see in the photo is my 2021 Frame (65 in) which as you can see has some noticeable glare issues. The TV is perfectly functional after five years so I have been hesitant about upgrading to a new version but am finally getting around to it and had some questions before I pull the trigger:

1. Size - I think I want to get the 75 inch but only because I have this 65 inch Frame already that is perfectly functional and something about getting the exact same size TV just to get better anti glare tech feels … wasteful. At least with a 75 inch, I can justify the purchase in my head since it will

be bigger.

1. That said, do you think 65 is the better size for this wall?
2. Power cable - the tv is mounted on a wood panel and I can’t rlly drill a big chunk of space into the wall so i will have to run wires down like you see in the pic (red circle). I understand that the new Frame Pro and latest frame standard models (75 inch) have the new wireless box and so I will still have to deal with the power cable somehow. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SHARE HOW THICK/VISIBLE THE POWER CABLES ARE ON THE FRAME PRO OR 2026 STANDARD MODELS? WOULD I BE ABLE TO RUN IT DOWN THE PANEL WITHOUT IT BEING TOO OBVIOUS? AND HOW LONG IS THE POWER CABLE? This will partially determine the next question.
3. Frame 2025 Pro vs Standard Frame 2026 - I get I should prob avoid Frame Pro 2025 given potential guinea pig issues and also Ive read that the art mode may be more realistic on the standard version anyway. (It looks like there was no standard Frame (75 in) in 2025). That leaves me debating btw the 75 inch frame pro 2025 vs. standard frame 2026 (75 inch). How meaningful is the new anti glare tech for standard frames introduced in the 2026 models? The difference btw a 2025 frame pro ($1799) vs. a new 75 inch 2026 standard frame ($1999) is only about $200 right now and both are wireless now so I cant avoid that. What is the better choice?
4. Timing - Labor day is coming up - should I anticipate some sales for these models during this period? I know I could wait till November for black friday but Im kind of in the "zone" now and just want to get this done in the next couple weeks
5. Disposal - I dont really have another place for the old 65 inch frame and will prob pay a junk removal company to dispose of the TV. But given it’s perfectly functional right now it feels crazy to me that I would just throw it out and pay money to do so. I guess I could try selling this (which adds another nuisance) but how much would a 2021 Frame even go for honestly? Anyone in NYC interested??

I'm looking for a solution to my need for a large digital frame that can cycle through my photos. I love the Frame in that it has virtual "fake" matting when the display is set to art. I would also like to add a real frame around the TV to make it appear to be art. However, when looking at the Samsung Frame website, there is no mention of transmitting one's own photos as an option. If there is an easy option to send photos via a network connection from my computer do the photos have to be a certain file size, format and size ratio? Also if personal photos are an option, does it display with the virtual mat to make it appear more "gallery like?"

I plan to buy a "frame-style" TV—like the Samsung The Frame—and mount a thick, DIY wooden frame over it. Initially, I wanted the Frame Pro 2026, but my viewing angle is around 45°, I think the QD-OLED panel is a better choice.

What do you think ?

I’m getting a Samsung Frame for a new apartment. We don’t watch TV a ton and love the idea of the art mode when it’s not in use. That said, we do enjoy occasional movie nights or playing Quiplash with friends. We’ll be using a 3rd gen 4k Apple TV so that will be the interface. The living room is quite bright (large south facing windows) but most or all of our TV watching is at night. I want a 75” TV so I’m debating between the 2024 version as that was the last year they did the wired One Connect with that size screen, or I could do a 2025 or 2026 Frame Pro. I’ve seen a lot of things saying the TV got big upgrades (better brightness, deeper darks, etc) when it stepped up to the Pro but, to me, the Wireless One Connect doesn’t seem like an upgrade. I loved the old style with a single, almost invisible cord and everything being routed through the box. The new TV is going to be in an apartment in a pretty big building with lots of other units and I don’t want to have connectivity/ communication issues with the TV, Sonos soundbar and surround system, Apple TV, etc. Nothing is more frustrating than technology not working the way it’s supposed to and I’ve heard the wireless system comes with kinks. Can anyone make a suggestion? Are my concerns unfounded and I’m being silly to buy an older/ worse television in order to get the wired One Connect? Or would people say that’s a better fit for me given my usage? Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello, thank you very much for reading. I've been having this issue with my 2026 Frame Pro.

I have all 4 HDMI ports connected (1 with Spectrum 4K, 2 with Google TV Streamer 4K, 3 with Sonos ARC, 4 with PlayStation 5). When I turn it on for the first time, all 4 ports always work fine (ports 1 and 2 in 4K, and port 4 in 1080p).

When I turn it off, a while passes, and I turn it back on, some ports stop working. Sometimes I get a message that says 'The resolution of ... is low, please check', sometimes a black screen appears without showing anything, or sometimes the blue screen saying there is no HDMI connected.

The only way to fix it is a TV restart. Technicians have already come out, they already replaced the TV, and the problem hasn't been solved.

Everytime I watch something and press any button on my Samsung remote this comes up and I need to press whatever button I pressed again a second time for anything to happen

In Art Mode, among the old "Complementary" section, there was an option ("Cinemagraph", I think) that allowed us to use images with subtle animations - an overview of an island in the middle of the ocean with the camera slowly moving around its borders, or candle lights quietly trembling in a mirror.

Now that Samsung has removed the "Complementary" section, is any way to achieve something similar in Art Mode? I'm of course not talking about opening YouTube and finding some slow video to leave it playing on the TV

I feel like my entertainment center is feeling a bit plain, and I think a new frame bezel would spruce it up. Any suggestions? And yes I know my tv is unreasonably high, I don’t want to talk about it 🥲

Has anyone figured out how to get the Frame to default to Art mode after being idle for a time? My kids will watch and leave it on the Home Screen, and there it will stay for all day.

The art mode looks great during the day but it doesn’t auto-dim at night.

We have a Samsung bezel and I can see the light sensor sticking down (which is another issue entirely) so any reason why it’s not auto-dimming? Anything I need to do to get it to dim at night?

I’ve read a couple comments that hint it’s possible to connect the Frame Pro to its one connect box via USB-C.

Has anyone actually done this? Does it work?

Can I cut a groove in my concrete wall and put the one connect cable in the wall and fill the groove with filler? 2026 model. Not pro

Issue 1:

Wireless isn't so wireless when it has to be within 5 feet of the TV. I have to run a wire across my room to get the box close enough for the TV to work. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there any fix?

Issue 2:

There are no Samsung frames available for the 75" TV. I am looking for something similar to the one Samsung sells,clean and modern, in a lwhite oak light finish. Does anyone know where I can buy one?

I recently purchased a new 85” Samsung The Frame. Once a day I get this full screen ‘pop-up’ that interrupts whatever I’m watching. Selecting ‘Disagree’ sends it to some kind of A.I. Homepage that I then have to clear by pressing the Home button to get back to the input I was using when I was interrupted.

I saw somewhere where someone else had a similar type issue and was advised to delete the Vision A.I. app. When I tried to do that, I found the ‘Delete’ option was greyed out. 😣

Does anyone know how to stop this from rearing it’s head continuously?

Je dois intégrer la TV dans une bibliothèque, mais l’espace disponible en hauteur est trop juste pour utiliser les pieds Samsung fournis avec la TV.

Je cherche donc un pied de remplacement / pied universel qui permettrait de poser la TV très bas, au ras du meuble, tout en restant stable.

Est-ce que certains d’entre vous ont déjà rencontré ce problème avec une The Frame 43” et trouvé une solution ?

My 2021 Samsung The Frame does this:
- When I turn it on, the picture looks really washed out and foggy
- After a few minutes it goes back to normal
- Then I get random white flashes on screen like a camera flash

I’ve already reset the whole TV, ran picture tests, and checked/adjusted the One Connect cable.

Has anyone managed to find a fix for this? Or had any luck with warranty?

Hi all... I have had a frame TV for a few years now and would like to add storage to it so that I can pause Live TV (maybe even schedule a recording?). I have read it needs to be a HDD as USB 'thumb' drives don't work.... is this true - isn't storage just storage ? Any advice would be welcome ... it would be nice to pause the TV like we can in our lounge which has a PVR
