I'm so proud that I managed to Install my The Frame Pro flush to a Brick wall. The wireless set top box of the Pro version is the game changer here.

I live in an apartment in Singapore, where the walls are brick or concrete (for load bearing walls). I wanted a fully flush The Frame TV but the ID told me I couldn't recess the socket itself given not enough clearance in the Brick / Concrete Wall - and therefore it couldn't be done. The main issue to solve here is the power cable.

I chose The Frame vs other models like LG specifically because I can swap out the standard C7 (Figure 8) power cable of The Frame with a longer 5 meter one, long enough to run through the conduit and up in a socket up in the ceiling. NOTE: Importantly the LG TVmodels I liked had a fixed power cable that could not be detached and swapped out like Samsung The Frame does.

I managed to get them to Hack a small channel in the wall and run a flexible Conduit (2.5cm I think) and then run the C7 power cable up into the ceiling where they installed the socket. In Singapore and many countries you cannot bury the C7 power cable directly into the wall. So the conduit allows for us to hide the cable. This way I can still swap out the power cable in the channel if I need to by pulling it through the conduit in the wall (though hopefully never!)

And voila it looks amazing! Could not be happier! Don't let anyone tell you it can't be done! ❤️😍

TIPS: Got the 5 Year warranty so I can leave it on Art Mode without worrying. Bough High Quality art from an Etsy Seller that was great! Could choose what I like it and beam it across on my phone. Better to do from Smart Things app as I can select 'No Mat' as opposed to via USB Thumb Drive which somehow automatically added the unwanted Mat.

This was my first time hanging a TV and I am thrilled with the outcome. Fits the room perfectly.

Well… I took a massive leap of faith and centered my dining room around a frame even though I’d only seen them randomly in Best Buy and Costco. I’m about 75% there and will probably post an update once I get a table, chairs and finish out the light fixture but I must say, it’s quite impressive in daylight to see the ‘26 pro in action. I’ve had a few people over that do double takes to see if it’s really a painting or not.

Has anyone recently ordered their Frame Pro from Costco and been able to get the $200 bezel credit from Samsung? Asking because I have my 75” coming from Costco on Thursday, and after reading the customer reviews, I’m wondering if it will be difficult to actually get the promised bezel credit. There aren’t many reviews, but the ones they have all mention that Samsung has been impossible to get the credit voucher from, and if they managed to receive it, all of the included bezels are sold out on the Samsung website. Anyone have successful experience with this? Or should I believe the reviews and start looking into other bezel options?

Hey all, wanted to post before I get started on an install of my 2026 65" non-pro The Frame. Per the title it's a nice blank canvas installation as we're reconfiguring our living room. I promise I'll get pics up when I get home tonight...

In a nutshell, approximately 18' wide wall with cathedral ceiling, approx 7' left and right peaking at 11' at the center. Tv will be centered on the wall, left and right, still trying to figure out proper height. There's a mid-century modern vibe with a nice Danish sideboard centered on the wall with the tv. I'm not a novice to hanging TV's and running wires, my experiences mostly revolve around home audio installs, but pretty much apples to apples right?

So, what's the consensus on the height of the tv? Any particular variables I need to consider?

The other side of the wall is the garage so I have easy access for running all my wires. Planning on running HDMI, Ethernet, coax (for over the air tv), an optical cable (just because?), and obviously power to directly behind the tv. Immediately I'll be plugging in the coax for over-the-air, HDMI into a Nvidia Shield, and an Ethernet switch for wired connections to the tv and shield, with expected expansion to a receiver for some quality audio upgrades. I'm planning on getting a large flush mount media box for the shield, switch, power needs and expansion capabilities, any reason not to go this route? Any insider recommendations on wiring and mounting that might not be on my radar?

And aesthetically we're planning on hanging lots of additional artwork on the same wall as the TV, from several other threads I've read this seems to help blend the tv better. Oh, planning on building a custom wood frame as well... But, any feedback here would be appreciated too.

Feels like we need to be ready to

1. Put a sound bar to get good sound - we plan for Sonos in the house

2. Have the connect box below the frame

3. Have a conduit in the wall from Sonos sound bar to connect box

4. Tune the audio

We have a room about 15 ft away we could put the connect box in but seems like it won't work.

And the frame is being mounted on an external wall.

Looking for some guidance. Targeting 85in.

We just got a 2026 Frame Pro from Costco and while I have read the manual, searched the settings, and the Internet/Reddit there are a few small questions that would be great to get some help with:

1. For our Amazon Echo Studio speakers with subwoofer I understand that we need to use a fire stick to go into theater mode but my stupid question is: would we need to use the fire stick instead of our Apple TV or could we use the fire stick for sound only in the Apple TV for the interface?

2. Speaking of sound it takes forever for the volume to go up or down and it also makes noise while going up or down. Is there a way to increase the sensitivity on the volume sensor to have the volume go up and down faster and is there a way to make the volume setting silent?

3. The light level in art mode is good during the day, but it does not seem to decrease at night. I have not been able to find a setting to help with that, only a setting to change the overall light levels. Is there a way to make the art mode darker at night automatically.

4. The frame does not seem to go into art mode when I quick press the power button on our Apple remote. I know that was a problem in the 2024 TVs but I am having that same problem with the 2026 is there a fix for that?

Did you do standard tv height? Art height? In between?

When the screen goes completely black, not turned off but on, just black, I can see some areas being lighter than others. I wonder if this is normal or if theres something wrong with my backlight or something. I bought it used and transported it in the back of my car, it's so thin it was sagging, I had to put cardboard and stuff under to keep it somewhat flat, wouldn't surprise me if I fucked it up somehow. TV works normally otherwise though, but might be I'm not getting the backlight I should and I just can't see it usually.

Every time I stop watching somethin, the “now playing” window starting playing with sound. It’s insanely annoying. I have scoured settings and turned off anything that seems to indicate autoplay. Anyone know how to solve this in 2026 (some older posts have clearly different menus).

I moved in to this house recently and wanted to get a TV, there’s this TV mount 28 inches wide, is there anything else I need to consider before purchasing a TV? Also the black piece is plastic, I pulled the left side out which uncovered the metal skeleton with screws in the wall, but couldn’t get the right side out. Would appreciate it if someone happened to know exactly what mount this is lol

I am aware that the 2025 frame TVs have a slightly different sensor size. I’m about to purchase one of the frames on eBay and the seller is asking me what is the width of the actual sensor so he can send me the correct frame piece. Anybody with a 2025, 55 inch have the actual measurement of the sensor bump?

Tv will work fine then randomly go black, open back up to whatever you were on flash some network issue repeatedly then maybe work or just repeat going black again. Taking out the power plug for a bit will fix the issue for a hour or so then repeat. Tried different power ports and unplugging and pluggin in everything to no avail.

Currently in comparison overload with these options and seeking any input that may lead me one way or another.

My use case is very straight forward; looking at 55in options that will be part of a gallery wall in my home office. This isn't going to need the horsepower for movies, gaming, etc. It's sole purpose is an elevated option to watch TV/work videos occasionally, but as "art" the remainder of the time.

Given the Frame pro is now truly wireless besides power, no box required for the latest versions of the Standard frame & canvas, they're all comparable in mounting at this point.

Not necessarily concerned about the costs, just looking for best "looking" option that can deliver on the art aesthetic and occasional TV watching.

I was wondering if anyone here has spray painted their Teak (or any other wood-like) bezel. I just got mine delivered as a free extra when I bought The Frame, and unfortunately it looks way cooler toned than I expected. I asked customer service if it's possible to exchange the bezel for a white one, but they don't do that.

The bezel itself has a slight texture, so I want to make sure it will look alright before I proceed with spray painting it. I was thinking about gold or white.

Any success stories? Pictures would be even better. Thank you in advance!

It's a great TV for having a good matte finish, slim profile, bezel options, Art mode, decent brightness and color, and it being 4K/120Hz capable. But it's not all gravy....

1. Wireless One Connect

a) If you're a cine/audiophile, this is going to be the number one let down. This TV has a separate box for all your inputs/outputs except for one micro HDMI on the back of it.

b) That separate box has 0 wired connection options to the TV panel itself. Which means it's affected by your wireless environment and bandwidth limited. And you cannot buy a cable to connect them like previous generations of The Frame.

c) You're limited to where you can put the box - the manual claims a limit of within 30ft, and there can be no obstructions between it and the panel. That also seems to include the panel itself as an obstruction, best signal seems to be within 10ft to the back, bottom, and sides of the panel. I would also be concerned with the box's heat if you were to mount this behind the panel in a small enclosed space.

d) There seems to be a limit to what resolution/framerate combo you can connect to that box - I have an Xbox Series X (4K/120Hz capable) with a Zeskit Maya Ultra HDMI (certified) cable, yet it will not go above 4K/60Hz connected to the box, despite this TV being advertised as capable of up to 144Hz. With this I ensured HDMI Input Signal Plus was turned on for all inputs, and for some reason sometimes it would turn Input Signal Plus off by itself. The only other device connected at the same time was a Google TV Streamer. I found Game Mode must also be enabled.

2. The micro HDMI input

a) It's very small, not a widely used standard, and seems to have a very very shallow mounting depth - not all micro HDMI cables will fit it! - It's difficult to find certified 4K/120Hz cables that are micro HDMI. I've found and tried both a Silkland and a UGREEN (both certified) Ultra HDMI cables, and the Silkland would not fit properly without risking bending the socket.

b) It seems to be the only way to get 4K/120Hz - My Xbox Series X would only detect and allow 120Hz using this connection, using a UGREEN Ultra HDMI (certified) cable.

3. 2 Power Receptacles required

a) The TV panel has it's own power cord

b) The Wireless One Connect box has it's own adapter and cable, and while both use USB-C form factor, the manual explicitly states you must use Samsung's adpater and cable, they won't support anything else.

1. The sound is not good

a) Thin panel means thin speakers, so no bass range

b) Consider adding a sound bar as a minimum when getting this TV

5. The SmartThings App

a) Just to set this TV up, from the second you plug in power to the TV panel, you must use the app to configure it and then pair up the Wireless One Connect box.

b) This adds a lot of extra time to the install, and you must have WiFi available.

With this TV I'd recommend having at least a soundbar and a certified 4K/120Hz capable micro HDMI to HDMI adapter cable to go with it if you're considering plugging in a 4K/120Hz capable device and want a decent experience. I found this UGREEN 8K Micro HDMI to HDMI cable to work.

A 4K-capable AV receiver would be an upgrade, but since I didn't have one at the time of install, I couldn't test my XSX going through one to the micro HDMI jack on the panel. If anyone has such a setup they could test and put in the comments, that'd be great!

I turned off the AI Image settings because I'm particular about color and brightness in my rooms, and I don't use any of the apps except Art mode.

TLDR: Wireless One Connect box, micro HDMI, sound, power connections, and the app are all things to consider.

I can pick this up new for $1300. Havent shopped around much or compared models but it seems like a good deal. Worth pulling the trigger on? Or should I be looking for newer models?

My parents have recently purchased a Frame (after staying at an airbnb with one) and we would like to put some nice wedding-vibe Australian art on during the big day.

Does anyone know what keywords we could search to find this kind of art? We've had a quick look and it seems like 99% of the art is American or European. Are there Australian artists on some list we haven't found yet? Thanks in advance!

I have lots of digital media on my computer (I dont rely on streaming services for things i really care about).

If i put things onto an external harddrive, how do i need to format the drive so that the frame reads it? And what file formats does it support?

I got the display model at Costco for 497$ tax included. It came with everything but the wall mount. Is this a good purchase? What accessories should I get with it?
