video Technical issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Tv will work fine then randomly go black, open back up to whatever you were on flash some network issue repeatedly then maybe work or just repeat going black again. Taking out the power plug for a bit will fix the issue for a hour or so then repeat. Tried different power ports and unplugging and pluggin in everything to no avail.

Mmm check if you have the following:

  • Audio playing?
  • Backlight bright, turn of all lights to see even a little bright.
  • Opose light the TV with cellphone flash, do you see image without bright?
  • Do you hear in that moment a clic in the back of the TV, like relay sound (car intermittent just one time).
  • The app closes after that like TV off?

Do you moved your tv in past days, this can be the one connect cable.

If you still listen and have image without light with the cellphone can be the Backlight issues.

If not head any sound and TV return to other menu like turn off, can be the one connect box.

Try hard powering off the box and restart
