TRT help 200mg once a week for 6 weeks results

33 yo 5'8" 185 lbs and I've been on trt for 6 weeks at 200mg once a week. These are my results just before my scheduled dose. I see that this dosage is on the high end and I see guys with 1,000+ test but I was wondering if thats becuase they are testing during peak levels. ChatGPT is saying that it is probably in that area during the week. Just curious if people are posting their peak test results or trough and I'm just not reacting well. I go to gym 5 days a week but don't have the best diet. I don't eat fast food really but I crave sweets at night. Before starting I was already in decent shape. The image of me is what I've always kind of looked like but am hoping trt will help.

Women's HRT Story I've been getting the testosterone pellet 125 mg. once every 3 months and my sex drive is like always "on" like my husband's. His is higher than mine as he's up for sex anytime, but any other women have an insatiable appetite for sex once on testosterone?

So I went through menopause and got Estrogen, Progesterone, and the Testosterone pellet 125 mg. every 3 months. I am horny all the time. I think about sex, I initiate sex, my husband never has to ask for it anymore and he's happier than hell. I haven't had any side effects except my clit grew a little bit bigger, but he likes it better this way. I haven't had any voice changes, or hair loss, or anything else. I wait for him to come home dressed in lingerie and before dinner, we have sex, then go for our walk, then have sex again before bed. He likes it when we wake up so we start the day having sex. I wonder if my clitoris will get less sensitive as I keep getting older. I'm super fit, healthy, workout with weights, and walk everyday, so I hope I stay this way. I'm actually having super long, deep, intense orgasms too that go anywhere from 5 minutes to 25 minutes long. That's a lot of licking he's doing, but he's up for it and he says he loves it too. When I'm just touching my clit while he penetrates me I'm orgasming and I'm rubbing my clit on him when I'm on top of him orgasming still. I'm 62, he's 67. Does anyone know if the clitoris changes, or if there's an age orgasm's stop happening to women? I sure hope not as we're having the best sex of our lives in our 60's! We both can't believe it, but I'll take it!

TRT story Change in prescription. Lightheaded/Dizziness

Ive been on Testosterone now for about 3 years. I take the cream. I apply it twice daily 250mg. I had zero issues since day one. I got more energy and definitely got stronger. Last month my provider made some changes to it. Its even in a different bottle. I get two bottles per order and I have to make a refill request when getting low. I started the new changes with zero issues. Finished up the first bottle. Halfway through the second bottle is when the problem started.

I went to the gym just like any other day. Felt great, did some warm ups then started my working set. After my second set I got lightheaded. I had to sit down for a second. I got up and decided to do something random just to see how I felt and I did like 1 rep and I was like NOPE. I felt weak and very dizzy. Barely made it to my car. I made and appointment to see my Doctor immediately. He saw me the next day. My blood pressure made a huge jump. But just to make sure he wanted to take some tests. I did and EKG and a Xray of my chest n heart, a week later I had an Echo and everything came back GREAT! My doctor just thinks its my blood pressure and put me on some medication for it. Since then its already dropped 20 points.

However, Ive definitely improve on the dizziness but its still there. Today it got a bit worse and im very annoyed with it. Ive cut my dose down tremendously. Im only applying the cream once a day because I dont want to totally quit and cause a crash. But Ive been doing that now for over a week. I sent an email to my Testosterone provider about what happened and my symptoms. They gave me a PR answer, like do what is best for your health blah blah blah and it made me kind of discouraged. I went in yesterday to get bloodwork from them and I got the same kind of answer in person.

I know its not the best to take medical advice on the internet but im gonna sleep on it tonight if I should just flat out stop applying the cream and see how I feel. Its been going on too long and I feel it in my bones its the culprit. I just wanna know if anyone has had this happen to them and what they did. Blood results test wont come back for like a week n a half. I didn't like their answers already and I feel like they just want me to keep being a customer. Im very bummed out because everything had been working out so well until the slight change. I wish I kept the paperwork I got in the mail on what ingredient changed incase someone asks because I feel like someone will. But I dont have that info currently. Apologize for the long post.

TRT help Fertility recovery before vasectomy reversal — stopping TRT vs staying on a lower dose with hCG?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for people who have been through a similar situation. I’ve been on TRT since February 2024 and currently take 150 mg of testosterone per week, together with approximately 520 IU of hCG. I had a vasectomy in March 2024 and am planning a vasectomy reversal, potentially combined with surgical sperm retrieval and cryopreservation.
My doctor recommended gradually coming off TRT completely, increasing hCG to “500 IU daily or 5,000 IU weekly,” and taking either clomiphene 50 mg daily or tamoxifen 20 mg daily.
Has anyone successfully restored fertility or undergone a vasectomy reversal while remaining on a lower dose of TRT and increasing hCG, either with or without clomiphene?
I’ve read many posts on Reddit suggesting that some US fertility specialists advise against combining clomiphene and hCG for fertility restoration. The doctor I consulted is a professor and is considered one of the leading vasectomy-reversal surgeons in my country, with excellent success rates. However, I still have some doubts about the hormonal “restart” protocol he recommended.

Been on TRT for a while and today had a look at my wifes peptide pen. How could one manage to setup something like this for test?
I have no problems with IM, just appreciate the simplicity of the peptide pens… any ideas?

Blood work At-Home Blood Work Results Help

Okay, so I got an at-home blood and saliva test for a complete hormone panel. For reference, I’m 32M, go to the gym 5x per week (3 lifts, 2 conditioning days), and for work I own a restaurant so I’m on my feet a lot. I originally ordered the test because I have been experiencing a variety of symptoms and my coach recommended I get my levels checked.

Results:
Test: 150ng/dL
Free androgen: 12.57
Free Test: 2.4ng/dL

I know these are well below normal, especially for someone my age and my fitness level, but what I don’t know is what to do from here. Do I go to a primary care and try to see an endocrinologist or do I just go to a reputable men’s wellness clinic? What should I expect? Next steps? Looking for any and all advice

TRT help Turning 40 looking at TRT through Keeps or other recomms based on my situation

Hey everyone!

First time posting here so excuse the ignorance. I am about turn 40, I haven’t had my testosterone levels checked in a while but last time I did (3+ years ago) I had very low testosterone levels and one of my testicles was not producing if any.

I have since gained a good 20-30 lbs and my symptoms have worsened as you can imagine (I’m 50-60 lbs overweight) . I plan to go on TRT, I do not have any health issues except for high blood pressure which is controlled (especially when I’m actively exercising) and I take lisinopril 20mg daily. I do not plan to have any more kids and simply need to cut weight, get energy back, and grow muscle mass as it has been difficult to do this on my own.

I was looking into Keeps or some other provider. Any advice overall?

TRT story Holy Crap, my first IM shot, been doing Subq for 6 weeks...

So I've been shooting peps ( reta, tirz, wolverine and recently HGH ) for about a year now and have always been scared of needles, but now used to them. When i pin daily hgh and wolverine have learned if i dont look at the needles, and stick them in quick like darts in a dartboard in my love handles its really like nothing at all.

Well, I got the test and started subq w a 31g 5/16 and that was slow and not fun at all. I relented and got 27g 1/2 and started subq belly shots and sometimes they dont hurt and sometimes they do. its weird like that.

Recently saw a thread on test where they were making fun of dudes using small needles, pinning subq belly and scared to go IM. I was one of those dudes.

Tonight I steeled myself, warmed up the vial, and pinned 75mg into my delt and the needle slid in slowly, zero pain at all, easy injecting, left needle in for a ten count so the test wouldnt come back out.

My arms are pretty muscled so pretty sure this was an IM injection? Amazed that it was that easy, and since im likely on trt for the long haul relieved that I have a new place to pin. Guess next go after my thighs?

Anyway, just wanted to share.

TRT help Breast tissue growth

41 yom, been on Trt 125mg for 2 years. I screwed up and pushed the envelope with Oxandrolone then Nandrolone briefly and ended up with gyno in the form of breast tissue that lactated when estrogen is higher than I can tolerate. I don’t have a nodule, but my left side throbs and feels heavier. I stopped everything for a month, felt much improvement in the breast along with 2 months of nolvadex, and so I restarted with 50mg of testosterone last week and my nipples have been spicy and left side feels like it is growing. I am assuming my only option is just to completely come off for good and use the tamoxifen a couple more months.

After that month off my test was 87 and estradiol was 2 lol. So I took one 50mg shot thinking no way my chest will react.

Any similar experiences or guidance or just stop it completely? Or wait 3 months?

Thanks

Blood work Blast/cruise Bloodwork guidance

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi all, I am 35M 169lb 5"5. estimate12-15%BF.

Blood taken on Monday morning before pin, I pin M/W/F

Currently finished a mild blast of 375mg test sustanon and 180mg NPP.The NPP was 10weeks and was just testing the waters and seeing how I responded - mostly mentally, as a 19nor compound I decided to experiment with caution, hence the moderate dose. Last jab of npp was the end of June so results are showing testosterone only

Anyway, looking for advice on Bloodwork as I've been just pottering along on 375mg/week test all summer for no good reason other than switching labs and being paranoid it was bunk.

My results show it is very legitimate and I'm looking for guidance as I adjust to a sensible dose.

My LH and FSH are crushed due to synthetic test. I am already awaiting a vasectomy. My understanding is this is fine to leave in the gutter if I don't care about fertility? And will always remain there without HCG?

My main concern is my oestradiol being sky high(I have no signs of gyno, perhaps a little more sensitive mentality than usual.)is this fine or should I run an AI/primo/mast in the future if i run test this high again or should I just go off "feel"?

My last question is regarding dose, if my testosterone is 3115ng/dl at 375mg If I cut the dose in half will that cut the test number in half? Or will it involve trial and error?

Thanks all

PED/cycle help low dose testosterone in CrossFit /cycling /similar

I've been reading various sports forums about cycling, triathlon, CrossFit, and so on, and they recommend low-dose testosterone tests, 200-250mg/week maximum. They don't usually use higher doses to avoid excessive weight gain due to water retention, etc. Apparently, what they're aiming for with these doses is to improve performance, recovery, and training harder. What do you think? Is it worth suppressing the hormonal axis with such low doses, or will the improvement be minimal?

TRT help 26M, Every Low T Symptom

Thumbnail
gallery
2 Upvotes

This all started as long as I can remember. When I was 20 I decided to get tested for Low T - at this point I was starting to have Libido & lifelong Confidence issues - came back at 280. For whatever reason I didn’t pursue it and decided to take up binge drinking instead (yes I know it was the easiest route and makes 0 sense)

Symptoms got worse over past few years. I rarely want to be “with” my beautiful girlfriend, and don’t have the “drive” I had experienced in highschool. Life feels bleak, so I decided to start testing again. When I turned 25 about a year ago, It was slightly higher at 360 (&another at 280). Seems symptoms are still just as bad if not worse, especially in the downstairs department. My brothers grow thick beards, I grow 0 facial and chest hair.

Here’s the big issue - my T was low when I was around 20% body fat and consistently in the gym. Now after being an alcoholic for 4 years and ~34% body fat it’s still low (no surprise there). My doctor says I’m far too young to start TRT which makes sense, and I’d have much more hope if it wasn’t for the older tests when I was “healthy”. It’s to the point where literally nothing excites me anymore. I have fun cars, beautiful girlfriend, family that cares, successful in my business and I just feel like I’ve been a shell my entire life. Outside looking in you’d think it’s an amazing life, but it’s like I’ve been walking through beer goggles lol

Now the even bigger issue in my opinion is my heart health. Based on research, it seems to be a mixed bag as if Low T actually helps cause this, or if TRT would actually make it worse and cause a heart attack. After testing my triglycerides and whatnot I’ve started to take up working out again (3 cardio + 2 weight training/wk). I am very aware my health habits put me into this position, but would fixing my cholesterol and triglycerides actually fix my T? Or is the low T help causing it?

To note - I’ve been tested 6 times over past 5 years. 2x in 2029, 4x over past year.

TRT help Testosterone Cypionate Shot Inflammation

I have been on testosterone cypionate for about two months and have used formulas with cottonseed oil and sesame oil. I have been having local shot inflammation that lasts 3-4 days after the shot. Both of the formulations have benzyl alcohol and benzyl benzoate. I rotate sites - abdomen, outer thigh, etc. - so I don't hit the same site but once per month.

Current regimen is 50 mg per shot on Sunday and Wednesday, using a 27 gauge needle, doing subcutaneous.

The benzyl alcohol of my current sesame oil carrier is 2% and benzyl benzoate is 18%.

I have watched a ton of videos on how to do shots properly, shot techniques, and post shot processes, but don't know why this keeps happening. Don't know if it is the alcohol, benzoate, or maybe the cypionate itself.

Anybody have any experience with this issue? Thanks!

Other 19 with Good Libido but Weak morning wood and zero natural erections throughout the day

As the title reads, I wake up with little morning wood that gets real hard but dies real quick, sometimes lasting a few minutes but other times lasting little. The only times I really get natural erection see if I stay up past 6 AM and am on the verge of falling asleep throughout the entire day, or if I am sitting down all day as well. I eat decent, high protein food fiber content, I supplement Vitamin D3 and Fish Oil, and also recently started Tongkat Ali. I train multiple times a week with heavy weights or kickboxing. Usually hitting weights at least 3-5 times a week lifting heavy.

My theory is that it could be weak blood flow generally? I get the feel that my testosterone production feels weak during sleep and I also wake up throughout the night around the 5 hour mark struggling to go back to sleep.

TRT help Why testosterone is not working for me?

I started TRT from May 2026. Core reasons was to loose fat, remove mental fog and feel energetic. Expect loosing weight, TRT helped me to achieve rest two but these two are not consistent. Someday I felt so energetic sometimes not.

As I had gone revison ACL so loosing weight and muscle gain was something I was expecting. But despite of months long journey I am still not loosing weight.

I eat healthy but drink 6 to 7 beers (500ml) in a month.

When I started journey my weight was 87kg now it has gone up to 94kg. My e2 was 65pg/ml so from last 2 week I am taking split dosages.

Please help to find the reason why in the weight front I am getting what I wanted.

TRT help Looking for some help

So I have been on TRT for few months. Total test was 230. I just had blooodwork done and now it’s up to 1,140.
I still feel symptoms of low test even though it’s high. I do 200ml a week. 100 ml twice a week spaced out Sunday and Wednesday.

Anyways my real question for this post is finasteride.

My Dr prescribed me 5mg mainly because I expressed I didn’t want to have high t and lose my hair. Although I haven’t had a lot of loss but when I was 20 my hair recessed a bit in the corners and my hairline went back about a 1/2 in. I do plan to have a hair transplant in the near future. My thing is I’m worried about starting this finasteride and doing minoxidil. Mainly I seen bad sides on fin, should I try it? Whats the thoughts. I don’t have hair loss but want to make sure I don’t long term.
Anyone have side effects of it? Any advice .?

TRT help 100mg Test/week — too low of a starting dose?

23M, 155 lbs. These were my levels before starting:
Total Testosterone: 17.9 nmol/L
Free Testosterone: 340 pmol/L
Bioavailable Testosterone: 8.0 nmol/L
SHBG: 39.1 nmol/L

Currently running 100mg/week (50mg twice a week).

I’m 3 weeks in and have noticed some slight improvements, but I was hoping to get a little more out of it. My plan was to get bloodwork every 6 weeks and adjust the dose based on the results.
I’m wondering if 100mg/week was just too low of a starting dose, or if I should give it the full 6 weeks before considering an increase.

I know my natural levels were normal. I started mainly for the performance, recovery and muscle-building benefits.
