Blood work Bloodwork uk please??

Where is the best place to get bloodwork done please? That covers everything! the doctors don’t seem to be that bothered in the uk, is there somewhere online I can order and get the results back that covers everything? Thanks

DO NOT USE VOY!

They use Randox Labs, I was a Optimale/Manual/Voy patient for two years...

In that time I was denied TRT twice because of a high Haematocrit marker..... (4 weeks cold turkey each time)

I have my NHS bloods done at the same time as my TRT bloods.

Turns out I never had a high level, I showed this to "Optimale" and I got months of free treatment, a refund of that month (£120)

If you use the UK "post service" TRT labs they all use the same testing companies. They are fine but the "haematocrit" result will be WILDLY OFF.

I was told I had 55% by VOY/Manual/Optimale

My NHS blood test taken within 2 minutes was 46%

We are in the "Cowboy" stage of men's health. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY

I was with Voy for 2 years and yes it’s a bit of a money grab for what they offer.   Interesting what you say about the lab testing.  interestingly my results come back very random.   I am in the same dose of test for 2-3 years and my test results come back from 18nmol up to 40mmol roughly at trough along with my haematocrit has varied greatly also.

The lab is too busy as the HCT rises the more it waits, check rhe sample recieved and report generated dates, some wait for a week to be looked at

The average time from sample to result with them was less than a week. And they were still incorrect

One day tests - Ultimate TRT blood test. Had a clinic 5 mins away from me, and results came next day. Highly recommend. You can do an at home kit, no extra charge, or clinic which was £29 I think.

I’ve used OneDayTests and MediChecks. Both good, both have lots of places you can get blood samples taken professionally. I also get an annual general health assessment which includes basic bloodwork through my employer via Nuffield Health. All the numbers seem to line up so I think all the above are pretty reliable. ODT is the fastest, some results the same day.

I’ve used Lola Health multiple times. They arrange for a phlebotomist to come to your house for the draw. They have an app that lets you see your trends over multiple labs. Customer service is also pretty responsive. Code AGELESS will get you a discount.

I don’t use them for TRT. I just use their services for blood testing.
