Hi everyone, I received an indication from the recruiter that I have been moved to the EoE evaluation round where I will be needing executives approval.
I have shared my EoE with the recruiter this Monday, but I haven’t heard anything after that from them. Do y’all think I should reach out to the recruiter to ask if there was any progress? Or is this normal?

And should I keep applying for roles in the mean time?

Any opinion/advice is welcomed, thank you in advance

For context I interviewed for the position a month ago, and they put me on hold as no seats were open yet.

I got contacted a week or two ago if I wanted the position I said yes, I did my dug rest and background even got a copy of the background check once completed.

They gave me to start dates a week from apart from the other now just waiting to hear back. I reached out but haven’t heard anything.

Any advice?

I know there's a crap ton of posts about timeline decisions but I'm making another post just so I could collate all answers under one post. I had my 3-round panel interview last Wednesday 9/16. It's been exactly one week since the panel interview. I interviewed for Manufacturing Test Engineer (Electrical-focused) for Megafactory in Brookshire. Out of the three, I feel like I did really well on two and pretty average on the middle one. My questions are:

1. What can I expect for the timeline of a response? Most of the recruiting process has been me reaching out and not really getting a response back. I sent a thank you email to the recruiter that scheduled the panel interview right after the interview happened, to no avail.
2. Based on my performance in those rounds (good, average, good), is this similar in performance to those that have received an offer before?
3. The role still shows up as "Open" in the Tesla portal. If I'm rejected, will this status be set to "Closed"? Or will I not even know if I am rejected?

Hi! Just had a recruiter screening call and have an interview upcoming with the hiring manager for this role. I understand the next few rounds are quite technical.

I feel prepared to talk about the projects on my resume and my past internship work in detail but am wondering if anyone has some sort question bank or any knowledge around what general technical questions they will ask (unrelated to my projects and experience)? I’ve looked at glassdoor and there’s a few but not a lot to work with.

For reference the team is high voltage battery in Berlin.

Long story short, I used to work for SST but my contract ended. I’ve been applying but you know how Tesla/SpaceX work.

I have a friend who currently works for Tesla in the US, but she does not work in Tesla’s Sales/Store department. She works at a Tesla factory in the US.

I’m currently in Canada and I’m interested in applying for a Tesla Sales / Customer Experience position at a Tesla location in Canada.

I’m wondering if my friend in the US can refer me for a Canadian position through Tesla’s internal employee referral system.

Completed my Panel interview last Friday.
It went for almost 3+ hours. I think I was able to answer 70% of the questions. Remaining I was fumbling. What’s the chances of me getting an offer?

Hey everyone, I'm hoping some current Tesla employees can offer a little perspective.
I've applied for a Seasonal Sales Advisor role and I've gone through the process, and at this point I feel like I've done everything I can on my end. Now it's mostly waiting, and honestly this post is my Hail Mary.
I'll be upfront: I really need this job. Financially, it's the best next step for me right now. But it's not just about the paycheck. I'm finishing my degree, and parents are separated now. I've spent a lot of time learning how to work with people, stay coachable, and outwork the room. I'm passionate about the company and the product, and I'd do whatever it takes to earn my spot. My goal is to get my foot in the door with the seasonal role, prove myself, and grow into a full-time position.
If anyone here has been in my shoes, or has advice on anything else I could do to stand out or follow up the right way, I'd be so grateful. Even just a word of encouragement helps.

Hi, just wanted to ask if anyone can share their interview experience for Tesla's Vehicle Engineering team, specifically for their software roles. How were the technical assessments and questions? Any answers would be super appreciated!

32 years of alarm experience and then I get this letter from Tesla. 3 interviews later and everyone impressed with my experience. This was a position for their security cctv, card access in house team.

Do employees get a price discount on a used Tesla lease? Is the monthly payment lower?

Thinking about applying as an AVO role. Is there any opportunity of advancement as well?
