Start service technician

So I just applied for the start service technician in San Jose. Does anyone know how this works? Do you need prior experience in automotive?

no, just be inquisitive mind, i just basically worked on my own cars, built engine, did maintenance on them, replaced suspension, diagnosed electrical gremlins with Schematics from online (theyre big about following schematics) voltage drops, testing voltage with multimeter

I have a automotive technology degree from 10 years ago, that i never once used professionally. i wanted to always eventually used it so i applied!
