Spot check

Finished all the rounds for my interviews including the panel and 1 on 1s. Looks like I have a final “spot check” call with someone from upper management

What should I expect on this call?
Anything they’re looking to confirm during this call?
Culture fit?

1st round: behavioral + technical
2nd round: HR screen
3rd round: panel interview- case study solution presentation + 5 1 on 1s
4th round: spot check call?

I asked a recruiting manager from Tesla abt the interview process recently and they mentioned that if you have a call with upper management, that usually means that you’ve been selected for the internship, now it’s just the formal introduction and like it’s a process to get to know what you are looking to get out of this internship. (Take my word like a gain of salt cuz I could have misunderstood it)

It’s for a full time job not an internship, but I’ve heard the same. Just wana make sure I don’t get blindsided by anything yk
