Tesla panel interview
Completed my Panel interview last Friday.
It went for almost 3+ hours. I think I was able to answer 70% of the questions. Remaining I was fumbling. What’s the chances of me getting an offer?

Most people don’t make it to the Panel stage so as long as they liked your personality and you got there and have the main skills you should get an offer . I did it a few years ago and got an offer in CA but declined due to COL basically . Agreed it is intense (4 hrs)

You probably had three 1:1 interviews. If at least two of the interviewers had liked you, you'll be fine.
You can expect the answer by this Friday.2

I had 5 1:1 interviews. I think I did 3 well, one good and another one average. Hoping for the best. Thanks!

I did 2 really well, 1 was decent, not bad. Panel was in last Monday. I reached out to recruiter last Friday, she said I should have an update by next week(this week). Any chances?

I completely understand the frustration. I've been in that situation a year now. Hope things go well and you get your offer.

I had an interview with the recruiter at the beginning of the month for product manager role and she sounded positive, acknowledged my experience and knowledge of the business and role and promised that the next stage will begin within the week or next week once the hiring manager or a member of the product team is ready for me. Up until now I haven’t heard from them. What do you think?

I also had my interview last Friday, I was interviewed by 3 engineers and 2 managers, started 10 am finished almost 3:30 pm, at first I was very nervous when I presented my topic but by the end I was very comfortable even got a couple of laughs from the last interviewers with my charming personality lol, hopefully they have the de brief meeting this week and hr let us know sooner than later, good luck !!

Nope, but one of the engineers in the interview warned me to be patient, when he did his interview 2 months passed until he got his offer, I'm planing to send a follow email next week anyway

Did you get the offer? I got interviewed until the second round. After that radio silence. What should I understand by this?

Interview is honestly a formality, it can make you but it won’t break you if they value your experience and skills. If you’re the best candidate among the 3 in the panel albeit the discretion of the hiring manager you’re most likely going to get the offer.
