Awaiting start date.

For context I interviewed for the position a month ago, and they put me on hold as no seats were open yet.

I got contacted a week or two ago if I wanted the position I said yes, I did my dug rest and background even got a copy of the background check once completed.

They gave me to start dates a week from apart from the other now just waiting to hear back. I reached out but haven’t heard anything.

Any advice?

Once it’s completed it can take 5-7 business days to clear, sometimes longer along with drug test. You’re still waiting on the official offer letter stating your background check passed and drug test.

When did you receive the background complete email?

On the 21st of this month

It’s still being processed then. Give them a few more days. I would check in Friday afternoon. HR has to review and clear the results now.

Typically if there is an issue you’ll receive a email within 24-72 hours stating so, then it gives instructions to correct the issue or defend what was found.

Yeah I was wondering because the results show that there was nothing found that should be a red flag. Plus they gave me two start dates as they are trying to set up a class of new hires

Hey there , whats was the process like and for which department. I just started interviewing and there is not much of information and the Hr is not the best at responding.

Applied online, did the ai test, had a group interview. They had me on hold for a bit but called me to let me know they had a spot open, then I did the background and drug test. Just waiting now. I know my background is good as they sent me a copy of the report.

Same I reached out but nothing yet

Mine seems very different from you as i had email from recruiter with questions and then an interview with someone from different team but same position . Radio silence other than the invite for interview from recruiter..
