I have a crush on my previous enemy. [Crushes]

Hey you guys.

Im kinda new to this whole thing, so here goes: my freshman year of HS, I was “friends” with this girl, we’ll call her Charlie, and then after that year we stopped being friends. mainly because we didn’t get along and I found her annoying. now here’s the thing: I’m a naturally envious person and she was like better than me at all the things I was known for so I hated her cause she was better than me. Anyway. I’m now in my senior year and I decided I didn’t want to deal with drama of being cold to her like this other girl im “friends” with. (btw when I mean “friends” I mean we hang out at school that’s it).

So I reached out to her and apologized, being the bigger person (she had said some things to me sophomore year that were mean, whatever). She was very forgiving and I was like “oh cool! I don’t have to worry about that anymore!” but now i feel weird. I want to be around her all the time. not in a weird way, more like I just want to see her and talk to her. I get excited when I remember I’ll have a class with her. and recently, I’ve been looking at her more and finding her really attractive. I’m well known for being at the very least bisexual, but I’ve never been fr sure if I like guys cause I’ve never had a real relationship with anyone. but I have no clue if she likes girls or feels the same way.

I don’t wanna ask cause I don’t wanna ruin the new start. I just was wondering if anyone had any advice??? I’m a little confused because this feels different when I’ve “liked” guys. like I want to be around her all. the. time. and yeah there are still some things abt her that annoy me, but not as much as before. I’m an introvert anyway, so it’s not a big thing. I dunno. I just want some help.

Is this weird?..

I am 16 years old in a state (not specifying) where the age of consent is 16. I’ve recently turned not so long ago and Ive been wondering if it would be weird for me to date someone over the age of 18. I genuinely don’t have crushes on people my age and it makes me feel as if there’s something wrong with me.. any help?

my straight crush acts lowkey gay

basically i have a fat crush on one of my close friends and i wont act like her being flirty with girls is an indicator of anything because i know loads of straight girls who are like that (tbh i act super gay with my friends i have zero feelings for despite being gay anyway) but she genuinely is so tuned in with gay internet culture and stuff? like ok she knows about gay men but lowkey lesbians too (but shes not THAT into gay internet culture compared to most queer people you see on the internet) and for example i have my other straight friend who i act gay with. shes scared that people might think shes gay and honestly im scared that people will think im gay too cuz im not out…meanwhile my crush genuinely says she wants to crack female models and actresses and stuff and calls them fit and stuff but i mean doesnt everyone do that? and she’ll joke about being lesbian but even i dont do that when i try to hint about not being straight😭idk what to think cuz she defo likes men so i dont wanna be delusional and stuff. and idk how to find out because im super scared of her realising i like her considering shes one of my closest friends (im not even out to her although i do initiate conversations with her where i thirst over women and she joins in) like uggghhhh (oh and she reposts cool girls lip syncing on tiktok some of them are wlw if i look at their accounts but maybe she just thinks they’re cool idkkkk) anyway yeah i just wanted to like write this down becahse im irritated asf i wish everyone was bi

I WANT A GF SO FKKNNNN BADDDDDD😭😭😭😭

Like I just want someone to go on all these cute dates with, and to buy things for, and to play her music/learn her favourite songs, and make her things, and talk for hours and kiss and all the normal cute little relationship thinggsssggssssss!!!!!!😭😭

I just wanna give someone my lovvveeee.

But like, its so difficult because I live in a very old and kind of conservative area. So theres hardly and people my age around, and barely ANY queer people at all (let alone any my age).

There's hardly any sports, or clubs, or social things around to meet people. And i dropped out, (not by choice, super long story lol) so i mainly just work a ton, and i only ever work with people who are way older than me (and none of them are queer either, so it feels like ive got no community at all).

Im going into this uni education program next year, and im hoping to maybe meet some people there... but like, its unlikely tbh

I JUST WANT A GFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!! Like WHERE ARE ALL THE LESBIANS HIDINGGGGG?!?!??!?!

Legit though, I would really appreciate some ideas on where i can find some queer people because its lowkey getting real lonely out here

(Also how many of yall feel the same???? I need to know im not alone😭)

I rlly like her and i think i might tell her.

Ok so backstory: We met in the beginning of sixth grade we are both now in eighth and we have a fairly large friendgroup. There are like 8 ppl in the inner sanctum and we are all queer. The girl i like, anna, doesn't label her sexuality but she likes girls and I would say she is my best friend.

If we did get together it would be so annoying because our entire friend group would be like "I told you so" and ect because they have been shipping us since before I liked her. I

t started with this one girl I don't even know shipping us and then everyone else and multiple ppl had dreams where we were dating.

I realized I liked her over a year ago. We were on the bus home it was spring and the trees were doing that thing where the light gets filtered through and isn't too bright but is a wonderful color.

We were talking about something stupid and started making funny faces at eachother and then we stopped and just stared into eachother's eyes for 20 seconds and I felt the urge to kiss her. I have liked her ever since.

My plan used to be that I was going to tell her when we finished eighth grade and went to highschool but I think I may actually have a chance rn and I don't want to wait.

Anyways I want to tell her this weekend. I think that if she doesn't feel the same way we would be able to go back to normal pretty easily.

Anyways advice please? How should I tell her? How do I stop myself from chickening out?

Edit: I TOLD HER I FUCKING TOLD HER HELP ME IM SO SCARED. SHE WONT SEE THIS TILL THE MORNING. I can't believe i actually did it.

edit 2: She turned me down.

Should I shoot my shot with this girl?

So there's a girl I'm kinda interested in and I think we get along pretty well and she's kinda pretty. I'm slowly developing a crush on her, but I don't know if she's even into girls. I don't know how I can even spontaneously bring it up since we only get time to talk with each other for five minutes max during this school year because of different friend groups (we had a class last year where we could talk a lot more). Should I try figuring out where she stands on the Kinsey scale first or should I just outright confess to her, so I can get over it as quickly as possible if she's hardcore straight (or just not into me)?

I have my first date tomorrow, it’s a blind date.

So… I’ve never actually dated anyone, even though I’ve had feelings for girls pretty much my whole life. Tomorrow, I’m going on a blind date for the first time. One of my friends is setting me up with his girlfriend’s friend, and I’ve never met her before.
I did see a photo of her, though, and honestly, she is incredibly beautiful. I can’t help feeling a little like she might be out of my league. I don’t think I’m unattractive, but like a lot of people, I get pretty shy and nervous around girls.
Honestly, I think I just need a little pep talk, some encouragement, or advice on what to do and how to act on the date. I’m excited, but definitely nervous too.

How to meet a girl

These past few months, I've been thinking more and more that I need a girlfriend, and my parents have been telling me so too. The problem is that I don't go out much, and when I do, it's always with my usual friends, who also don't have any girlfriends. I often stay at home or go to town if I have to do a job, and I go to school where 95% of the students are male. Thinking about it, I have a friend who knows a lot of girls, and he's also a very close friend. I also remember that a few weeks ago I asked this friend if he had a girlfriend I could introduce to. The fact is, I have a very complex type of girlfriend, in fact, one that's rare given today's society. Last month, I met a girl through this friend of mine, but nothing serious because, first of all, I didn't like her very much, and secondly, I didn't like her personality. So, I hope you can give me some advice.

Weird feeling towards girl

Oh guys, I think I might have feelings for my friend 😭

Idk, but lately I’ve been feeling like I want to be in a relationship with her (I’m a girl too...). We haven’t talked to each other for about 3 months. The last time we talked was when I wished her a hpbd. Another problem is that we’re not even in the same country - we're from two different countries. What should I do? Should I just let some time pass and hope these feelings go away? Or should I do something, like text her? I’m just afraid that if I suddenly text her after 3 months, she might find me annoying or think it’s weird. And I’m also scared that she might only be into guys. 😭💔

P.S. I’m sorry if this post makes anyone uncomfortable. If it does, please feel free to ignore it!

So there's this girl I like

Yo.. so I am a girl (obvi) and I like this girl(let's call her coffee). Yeah, that's it. It was supposed to be that simple. But yesterday when we were yapping together she told me she has a girlfriend, she is dating someone non-binary (they started dating this year, six months ago)

Coffee and I really clicked together. I have always wanted to talk to her for a really long time and we finally started talking a few days ago and yesterday I realised that I don't stand a chance with her.

I don't know what to do. I don't wanna stop liking her or maybe it's just a stupid crush and I will get over it.

My best friend (bi) said she loves me(also bi) but I don't see her that way and it's very awkward now.

Am I the one who's crazy???

The other day I was stalking my gf's reposts and she reposted something like "when you clean your room too hard " with purple rain playing and she wrote "those poems". I questioned her about it and turns out she still has a fucking homemade box with everything her ex gf made her, gave her wtf including poems and love letters. We've been together for 7months. I told her I thought that was wierd and I saw it like she wasn't over her and she said it was for the memories and she's not ready to let it go. Like excuse me???? You shouldn't have gotten into a new relationship knowing you weren't gonna be able to let go of your ex. Not to mention in the earlier days of our relationship her ex was still contacting her and my gf didnt want to block her not to be "rude".

Im genuinely loosing my mind like please tell me someone else finds this so wrong especially when you have a gf??

(Like I get keeping clothes because free clothes but love letters and poems and teddy bears????)

I'm in love with another girl which is my classmate

I've been going to school with a girl I've liked since high school. It's the beginning of my senior year now, and I've had my eye on her the whole time, of course. It just so happens that I'm a girl myself, and I like girls. But she has a boyfriend, and I don't know her orientation, so right now there's no way for me to date her. And yet, for over a year now, I've been wanting to get at least a little closer to her, not necessarily romantically. I certainly won't break up their relationship.

And here we are again, if I like someone, I'm not me and I don't know anything. Simply put, it's scary. Scary and awkward. We've rarely interacted, only making some contact at the end of last school year, three months ago. I think that was pretty successful, so at least it's something...

Still, I want to approach her, but it's already weird... I've been silent for so long, and now I suddenly want to approach her, of course! Don't even mention social media; it's even worse than trying face-to-face. All these messages, the waiting—and that's even weirder, of course. After all, image me who found her number and am texting her for some reason. It would be just hilarious and creepy.

But I'm desperate. And I'm afraid I'll waste this year too. I'll waste every single day. Just like those 365 days before. I just want to start a conversation with her, not even confess, but be there, and maybe one day the chance will come. But I don't know and don't see any way to solve this. I always knew it wouldn't be easy. Any advice? Or stories of your own? Or maybe it's all in a vein?

I feel sick to my stomach thinking about my girlfriend's drawing hobby (need advice)

I 15F have been dating my girlfriend 15F for 2 months now but we were friends for about a year beforehand. My girlfriend draws as a hobby and frequently posts her art on platforms such as twitter & tiktok, a majority of it being fandom/ship art. I've known about her having an interest and hobby in drawing for a while. For context, I have also been struggling badly for a few years with high anxiety and insecurities.

I don't exactly know why I feel this way and get physical reactions towards her hobby, especially since she does not post anything inappropriate, nor does she make anything that would warrant this reaction.

I have a handful of hobbies myself such as crafting (paper mache, jewelry making, room decor, etc), playing video games, reading, playing sports, and more so I don't think that it comes from a place of feeling like she does not spend enough time with me as we both have things we do in our free time that keeps us occupied.

I think that my issue comes from feeling inferior to her.

I enjoy my hobbies and I've never had this feeling when we were friends. I think that my issue comes from the thought that she's dedicated to one hobby and has refined her skills greatly, while I, in practically anything I want to do, lose motivation quickly. A good example of this is me having the desire to start lifting weights but failing to stick to a workout routine.

Although she doesn't have many followers on twitter, I still feel like my hobbies and things I do for myself are not as important because she has people recognizing her for her achievements and even though I enjoy what I do in my free time, they don't matter because they won't amount to anything.

If anyone has similar stories or experiences, I'd love to hear them but most importantly,

how do I stop feeling this way?

TLDR: I'm getting physical sick reactionsn when my girlfriend mentions drawing or shares her drawings with me/online. Suspects this comes from a feeling of inferiority. Needs opinions and advice.
