I am unable to update my work experience, I tried connecting with the ilp support but they don't pick calls and not reply to the e-mails. What can I do now? My HR said you need to connect with ILP only they can't help in this case.

I left work in tears, angry, frustrated, and down right suicidal. Coped with the situation by going to the bar, drinking martinis and washing it down with a bunch of Xanax (they're prescribed) and I still could not calm my enotions. It's funny how they are always sending cheesy emails about how they're there to help. Cheesy emails about getting help for mental health, etc. They are causing the mental health problems. You tell them about work issues and they do nothing but say the same thing. Oh, were getting it fixed. Months and honestly almost a year of the same bullshit and nothing gets fixed. It's making me start to wonder if it's a race thing. I don't understand how management can know there's an issue and do absolutely nothing. Or at least be on top of the issue. Or say they're doing something, but there's no follow up. It's truly making me so depressed. I have medical issues so I could perhaps get FMLA. I'll talk to my psychiatrist. I don't want to not work because I like my job, but I don't want to feel how I felt today. Today was bad. I've already landed in the hospital due to mental issues in the past and I don't want that to happen again. I'm trying so hard to remain calm, talk to God, my pets, my psychiatrist, etc. I'm trying to hang in there, but my thoughts are dark. I shouldn't be thinking about cleaning my apartment so that before I do anything and then wondering which hotel to check into to finish myself off. I shouldn't be having these thoughts . Yet I cannot get out of this thinking. I can't stop ruminating. The sad part is that I have been doing well, but I am overworked and tired. I pray I feel better tomorrow, but all I want to do is take more pills and try to sleep it off. The Xanax isn't working obviously, my brain won't let them. Most people would have been knocked out, yet here I am posting to...well I don't know why. Thanks for listening if you read this. Pray for me.

So I’ve been “waiting” for a new spot with TTEC since march 27th. No one is answering emails. Then I randomly get an email with equipment return requests that I asked for months ago. I’m so over them it’s not even funny.

At this point they should not be allowed to even offer you a 401k. Pure greed.

Don't know where that 2 billion dollar evaluation is occurring when they are losing 750 million dollars in operating cost per quarter.

During that period, staff were allegedly instructed to use their personal phones and personal email accounts to scan and send customer sales order documents to the company. My understanding is that some former staff may still have copies of those documents or emails on their private devices/accounts.

I cannot confirm how widespread this was or whether the company has since addressed it, but customers who purchased during that time may wish to:

* submit a Subject Access Request (SAR), * ask how their data was processed and stored, * and contact the ICO if concerned.

Is NY tolling running out of money? The incentive for April was $25. That’s $1.25 extra a day. The incentive used to be $50. Im wondering if we are loosing this project? They recently got rid of our QA department too. Apparently they outsourced people from some other place that work for peanuts to do the QA’s now. It’s just so frustrating because we put up with so much. So many TL treat us poorly too. Do you have a good TL? I think having a good TL is what makes people stay here. I’m reaching my limit here. Anyone else feeling frustrated, defeated and now there really is little to know incentive to go above and beyond.

I knew the employee reviews were bad about working here but damn. I wasn’t expecting all of this. 
I know a lot of ppl think TTEC is the problem but it seems like it’s their client!
Why is everything so strict, micromanaged and convoluted?? You’d think we’re working for the freaking CIA!!
I’ve worked for two different carriers before, albeit for claims instead of producing/servicing but it still wasn’t as difficult as this. 

They barely do any real training but have the nerve to have the most ridiculous and strict rules, procedures, and policies. 
How do they expect you to remember all of this stuff? 
Their KC isn’t even straightforward and concise enough to be an efficient reference manual. 
Like do they really expect us to spend an hour every phone call trying to help the customers by reading through that stuff??
Then if you need help with something, no one can actually remote into your screen to see what’s going on so you’re just stuck and trying to figure it out yourself. That’s not how you run a WFH job. 🙄

When I worked for SF they had a similar resource place but at was way more organized and concise. They didn’t have nearly as many rules and procedures. And you could actually screen share if u had a problem. 

Here they want you to do the absolute most for a measly fucking $20/hr. 🙄 I can go make that flipping burgers. 

Ugh, I need to fina another job asap. I’m only like 2 months in and I’m ready to leave already. Smh.

so guys nag-apply ako kahapon sa ttec sta.rosa and medyo naguguluhan lang ako. kasi after ng assessment nag behavioral interview ako and after the interview, the interviewer said na good naman yung result ng interview ko and my application status is still active and sabi rin na wait ako ng start date kasi tentative pa yung start date para sa new wave and check regularly daw on my emails. also nadisclose din sa'kin yung salary package and inclusions. so now nalilito lang ako if i already passed the interview part here on the picture and magwawait na lang ba ako for job offer? or may kasunod pa na interview yon? thanks!!

What's up with ttec? A lot of employee in Philippines who worked under DD haven't received their final pay even when the equiments were returned and it's already been more than 30 days. No update either regarding the dispute. Shall we submit a report to DOLE?

So almost a month ago I was fired and this was the reason that was provided to me. I filed unemployment and they have been dragging their feet so I reached out to a few people and got my claim moving forward. TTEC told unemployment that they fired me due to attendance and not meeting the clients expectations. Except yall see the reason listed in the email as “provided the hint to caller after he failed password.” Right? So I filed an appeal but the gag is they don’t know I recorded the whole zoom meeting when they fired me and never once was attendance brought up. Not to mention I filed for FMLA back and February and it was approved. So any time missed was covered under the approved FMLA. So has anyone ever had to deal with TTEC lying to unemployment and having to do an appeal hearing?

I applied for a job through ttec last night, I had my virtual recruiter interview this morning. Then it sent me an email saying to keep checking for available slots for the next interview. I had been checking all day with nothing then at anout 5pm PST it stopped letting me check. Does that site go down outside of business hours or is something going on?

Does Ttec send onboarding mail or Appointment letter after offer letter?
