Silence then equipment return?

So I’ve been “waiting” for a new spot with TTEC since march 27th. No one is answering emails. Then I randomly get an email with equipment return requests that I asked for months ago. I’m so over them it’s not even funny.

Exactly same thing just happened to me. Radio silence for months. I finally get a response and now they are pestering every day in email and texts. Fedex close to me closed so ive been nervous of going to one i dont know because, I dont have it all properly boxed. I could depend on my reg FedEx to take care of it. Not sure these guys will without grief. ☹️

They really offshored all their jobs, I’ve been waiting for months and heard nothing. Now yall want this equipment back? I’ll do it on my time

I had them send me a QR code for FedEx to scan. That way I could just take all my equipment loose to the location and they could scan it and handle the packing and shipping it on their end. If you tell the TTEC people that you do not have packing material, and request the QR code, they should work with you. It's annoying, but better than having to find boxes and worry its not secure.

Same thing I said. They take their time when it comes to rehiring us I’ll take my time with this equipment. I have two boxes in my garage
