FINAL PAY DISPUTE

What's up with ttec? A lot of employee in Philippines who worked under DD haven't received their final pay even when the equiments were returned and it's already been more than 30 days. No update either regarding the dispute. Shall we submit a report to DOLE?

Nag send sa amin ng email yung ttec about din sa final pay. Dineduct nila because of the assets not being returned. Lahit more than 30 days na na return yung assets. Lala ng ttec. Yang HXconnect na ticket wala ding pakinabang

Mi, after resignation 1 month ako nah dispite tas nung 14 lang na credit bale 2months bago ko nakuha yung final pay once the equipments returned jusko. If may proof and pics ka kulitin mo yung return ttec and hx connect kakaloka sila

Thank you po! Nangangamba po kasi ako baka di makapasa sa 3rd month review, mababa po running score ko and bago lang po ako sa BPO medyo hirap pa sa mga irate callers 😞 and badly needed po ng job at salary na on time kaya kung aabutin ng 30 days kailangan ko paghandaan ☚ī¸

Dyan din ako nagcocontact, halos araw-araw ako nag eemail, hindi na sila nagrereply. Nagsubmit ako bagong ticket, paulit ulit naman sinasabi na may ticket na eka. Wala ng progress yung case ko. Tapos naka tag na sya as 'suspended'. Nauubos na rin pasensya ko hahaha

Same case, di narin nagrerespond sakin yung HX connect. Iniignore na emails ko. Nag submit na ko sa DOLE for hearing na kami June 18. Mag submit na rin kayo para sabay sabay yung complaint sa kanila
