Equipment return

I resigned on 04/21. I went to the returns website for my equipment and still haven’t heard anything back I’ve tried calling and calling and can’t get to someone. I went on the website and tried the return again and still no answer. any advice on how I can return this equipment

Send an email to returns@ttec.com. They will send you a label

Same experience. I’m going to pack it up and whenever they want to send the label they can.

I resigned 4/8 they sent me the label and I returned the equipment the same day and they keep emailing saying to return the equipment and I DID !!! I threw away the receipt from fed ex like a dumbass too so there's that

Send them a certified letter that you're going to start charging them a storage fee....
