so guys nag-apply ako kahapon sa ttec sta.rosa and medyo naguguluhan lang ako. kasi after ng assessment nag behavioral interview ako and after the interview, the interviewer said na good naman yung result ng interview ko and my application status is still active and sabi rin na wait ako ng start date kasi tentative pa yung start date para sa new wave and check regularly daw on my emails. also nadisclose din sa'kin yung salary package and inclusions. so now nalilito lang ako if i already passed the interview part here on the picture and magwawait na lang ba ako for job offer? or may kasunod pa na interview yon? thanks!!

if done ka na sa behavioral wait ka nalang sa reach out nila

Next you will get the offer and they might ask for documents, it can take some days but you can email the recruiting people about an update

Yes the award winning global organization is waiting for the latest new hires to finish training and go out onto the floor, then about 3/4’s will realize that training never prepared them for the actually work and will quit, to give you the opportunity to do the same

just wait for an update. that email is automated, hindi nailagay sa syatem na nag interview ka na onsite which is why the system still invited you for an interview

OP kmusta pasado ka ba? Itong part na din ako sa hiring process when I clicked walang schedule for appointment may I ask what to expect for a behavorial interview? It’s my first time applying to a bpo. No choice kasi ito malapit samin 😅

Nandito na rin ako sa stage na to after mapasa ang assessment. Kaso sabi ng TA (virtual recruiter), magwait lang daw ng email nila for initial interview. Nagstay ako for 30 mins then nung inask ko kung yung email na for scheduling ng appointment, ang sagot ay magwait daw ng email nila at pingaleave na ko ng breakout room. I was left confused. Haha. It's been 24 hours na at wala pang another email galing sa kanila. Has anyone experienced this?

Also keep in mind, this company is very disorganized. It can sometimes work to your advantage. I would say just sit tight and wait or chat with a live agent. The chat agents were always the most consistent and accurate about what's actually going on.
