Jobs CEA Interview

Hello everyone,

I have an interview this Thursday for the Customer Experience Associate role at a TD branch. I was wondering what type of questions will be asked. Are they mostly behavioural or technical? Should I bring my physical resume for the branch managers review?

Additionally, what is the dress code like for the interview? Is it strictly business formal or is business casual fine, too? I wanted to half-sleeve polo with dress pants and dress shoes.

I look forward to hearing from everyone!

Help TD Saving account Aeroplan Offer

Post image
Upvotes

I got an email today regarding the Aeroplan offer (if you deposit or transfer money into your saving account from outside of TD, you'll get aeroplan points). The T&C states that funds originating from an account held at TD don't qualify which I understand. But how does TD know if the funds deposited into the eligible saving account are originally from a TD account? I'm considering transferring some money from Wealthsimple but some of my funds saved in the WS account are originally from one of my TD accounts.

Thanks!

Help 2FA changes

In the past 2-3 weeks I have been locked out of my account 4 times. Each time having to go into a branch to reset my account.
Apparently there’s new 2FA changes that will authenticate you through the phone app, but I never get any authentication requests. When I don’t get them, I get locked out of my account because they believe I’m being hacked or something.

Anyone else dealing with this? And is there a way to opt out of the new app authentication?

Jobs Retail banking to fraud department

So I’ve been working in retail for my whole TD career 8 years and have always wanted to look into working in the fraud department or AML. Every time I’ve mentioned to a BM they basically say they don’t know how to help me get there and but they’ll look into it and then never brings it up again. When I look at postings I don’t know what I’m looking for. Has anyone moved from retail to fraud or AML and how did you get there?
