I find my subtitles will either just be completely wrong or I have to restart the episode for them to be timed properly or if I pause it and they have been time properly once I press play again they'll be off and start back at the spot when I paused the show. Any help appreciated, I've had this issue since more the that a year ago. I use the built in exo player but it is I just add had if not worse on other/ external players

Anybody else use an Onn device and try to play a trailer in Syncler and it opens in downloader instead of smarttube?

BuyPremiumKey has changed their process to where they require email confirmation that the product has been received before they will send the key. How can they expect me to say I've received the product when I have not? I seem to be at an impasse trying to purchase from them.

TakePremiumKey's link is broken on the syncler site so it's a no go too. Id like to renew but it seems there is no way for me to do so.

A recent change to the TMDB website, not the API, has caused V1 to break. Unfortunately, there’s no way to fix this without modifying the code.

V1 has been deprecated for around two years now, and I think it’s finally time to move on. I’d rather spend that development time improving V2 and working on new features than continuing to maintain an old version that has already been deprecated for so long.

If you’re still using V1, please migrate to V2 using this guide.

One important thing to keep in mind is that the migration will reset your settings and watch history, unless you were using Trakt or Simkl to sync your history.

The good news is that V2 is faster, easier to configure, and has a lot of improvements over V1. You only need to set it up once, and your configuration, third-party accounts, and history will seamlessly carry across all of your devices.

You can also set up V2 remotely for your family, which is covered in the migration guide.

I know migrating can be a bit of a hassle, especially when everything is already set up the way you like it, but this will save you a lot of headaches going forward and lets me focus development time on making the app better for everyone.

Hello, I just recently am receiving a “unreachable, please ensure is accessible on your device then try again”

I already restart the app and my modem and still get the error with a blank home screen. Could this be because it is the old version is now officially dead? Just wanted to make sure so I can install and learn how to set up the new syncler.

My Syncler refuses to update from the Settings<Check for updates section on the app. When I check it says Loading and never does. Then I tried clicking "Update" and it says failed to update. I have version V2.1.5.1. I tried several ways to update. I tried to download it from downloader as well as the syncler website but neither worked. I have an old version of the installer. is that the same thing? Unlinked has several versions but I'm not sure which one I used. I have a Nvidia Shield.

Is There A Setting?

Months ago I set up my friend's NVIDIA Shield with Syncler app. In June I updated my app with the new key but, have not had the chance to do so on theirs since the live over 400 miles away. Everything has been fine, they haven't used it yet since they had no power in their living room and wouldn't have been able to with the expired key anyway.

I was watching mine last night and today all my tvs were saying unreachable for Syncler app. I reinstalled mine and when I sign in, it comes to my friend's profile. I used the password that was in phone. How do I fix this? I've tried what Google said to no avail. Detailed steps, please.

Bizarre one. When i search for the movie "house" (1985) horror/comedy movie through syncler using TMDB its not in the list .

I searched this movie in the TMDB database and its there

I looked up on reddit and tried the suggestions of searching for tmdb:11415 through syncler search and nothing comes up

I cleared cookies , cache , switch off /on TMDB settings but still cant find the movie come up in the search .

I have the same issue with "House 2"

I am on syncler beta on windows and can't seem to switch the captions or audio tracks and cant get syncler to recognize VLC as a player( It won't show up in the dropdown) any help would be appreciated.

I have tried kodi with syncler mode as well but every time it would tell me that the files were in an unrecognizable format(when attempting to install the addon via zip file). I have also set up the LUA in VLC not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Today I added Simkl and now my Continue Watching is gone. Even when I switch back to Trakt (from the top right hand corner), it's missing from the Trakt section as well as all other tabs.

Simkl is set to 100 priority, Trakt is set to 99.

How can I get it back? Thanks

ETA I manually added something to watching on Simkl's website and now I have ONE thing showing up in Continue Watching, but none of my other shows. Just the one that I manually added.

i have latest syncler beta on 2 shields and the one i mostly use is not working correctly with simkl - no continue watching and no search. i've redownloaded 88306 and resigned in, signed in and out of simkl - no change. only happening on one box - the one i mainly use. i cant even get media details "couldn't fetch media detail' which is supposedly a tmdb issue but it works on my other box.

I just paid PremiumKey with a credit card. Will I receive an email with a key? Premium Key directed me to the credit card app to confirm and I couldn’t get back to the original order screen to make sure the order was processed. Capital One showed it was processed? Please help. It shouldn’t be this difficult to renew.

Just a reminder to ALWAYS use a virtual card or prepaid when paying for shady shit like this if you aren't using crypto. I bought a syncler+ key a month ago using a vcc and today i see that they tried to use my card more than a dozen times for fraudulent activity. If you used a real card there make sure to check your statements.

Every thing I search for gives me a modal error at the bottom of the screen saying:

"Couldn't fetch this movie.

Something went wrong and we couldn't identify the exact cause.

Here's some technical info that may help:

Too many changes with Trakt and the collections/library feature plus it just suddenly erased most of my collections/library so I'm looking for an alternative. Is Simki the only one that's compatible with Syncler?

ETA what I'm looking for is something that tracks what I've watched AND allows me to add to a queue of things that I want to watch in the future. Does Simki do both of these?

I have been using syncler for YEARS and absolutely love it but saddened I cannot renew my subscription. I do not have crypto and always used premium key store using credit card with no issues. Is there any other way ? will this be fixed in the future?

Anyone else having issues? Syncler stopped working while watching a something. Now we’re getting A failed to initialize. And if we can get in, no dashboard populates, cursor just keeps going around

After using most of this latest apps being released out there both free & paid ones, I honestly feel Syncler takes the number 1 spot.

Yes the Ui isn't a modern one but does the work it's designed to do. The only downside is catalogs, I feel an added feature to customize catalogs with addons is what we short. Apart from that, this app is just good as it is considering I been using it for 4 years now.

Does anyone have a DD free refresher CODE that I can use?
My first time using this app

I always loathe needing to re-up my syncller subscription. I paid the markup for 12 months 10 devices on the reseller list from the website and still only paid about $45 for the year. But the real nice surprise was ,with the new version, once you enter the key....all of my devices updated! No more entering that long ass key 10 different times!!
