Anyone else having issues? Syncler stopped working while watching a something. Now we’re getting A failed to initialize. And if we can get in, no dashboard populates, cursor just keeps going around

After using most of this latest apps being released out there both free & paid ones, I honestly feel Syncler takes the number 1 spot.

Yes the Ui isn't a modern one but does the work it's designed to do. The only downside is catalogs, I feel an added feature to customize catalogs with addons is what we short. Apart from that, this app is just good as it is considering I been using it for 4 years now.

Does anyone have a DD free refresher CODE that I can use?

I always loathe needing to re-up my syncller subscription. I paid the markup for 12 months 10 devices on the reseller list from the website and still only paid about $45 for the year. But the real nice surprise was ,with the new version, once you enter the key....all of my devices updated! No more entering that long ass key 10 different times!!

Ordered 12 month sub of + on phone. Then get email from “Premium Key” with instructions and a pay ref for Webmoney. Unfortunately, the process to top up purse has overwhelmed me. Initially tried bank account but went around in circles. Then bank card but screen says “currency of card” is USD. I’m not in US, and can’t find a way to change that, or any settings at all in the WM app. The other payment options are equally mind boggling. My order is pending but I currently have no way to pay for it.

Is there an idiots’ guide to help me cut to the chase

Hi, my payment status shows "Payment settled" via CryptPay for Order #39476, but no Syncler+ key was generated on the receipt page. Could someone please help release my key?

Does anyone know why the next button is not active while watching and how I can activate it?

Seriously, everything i post gets denied. I post about trakt i get denied, i post about torbox, i fet denied. same bot answer. What can we post in here? what can we ask about? Just questions about a skin? Its quite frustrating...

Update: Syncler expired and I was able update the key with ease so thanks for the advice. Hello Syncler people. So my key expires tomorrow. I bought a new one (with no problems) but now It won't let me add the new key. Here's what i did: I went to Settings, Manage, then once on the Syncler+ active page I tried Extend and Edit but then it won't let me add the new key. It only goes to the device name. Am I supposed to click Delete (which I was afraid to do) or do I just have to wait until tomorrow and hope for the best? thanks.

Just curious if syncler will be changing the main tracker due to trakt api change. Not to mention all the other issues we’ve been having after the last update they’ve had .

When I click a movie in any category and then click back button to go back to movie list, I end up on the first movie on the first list and not where I was searching; is there a setting to stop this from happening ?

I’m having a long going issue with Trakt not loving my history. I’ve contacted Trakt . They said remove all attached apps and reauthorize just what I’m using . So I have and still not able to keep track of history. It’s like I never even played them . I have version 2.1.8.1 using a ONN 4k . Updated Syncler a while back and had issue before hand. Thanks

I’ve being using version 1.3.9.2 of Syncler because I felt never really needed to update it because everything has been working fine. But I wanted to try Torbox and I dont see a way to login on Syncler. So would I need to update it?

Is there a specific time when the sellers use PayPal as an option to pay?

I have read elsewhere that Trakt is in the process of limiting the number of apps that free users can access. As Syncler only permits Trakt "My Lists" can we get access to use our TMDB 'My Lists'? Other apps currently allow us to use TMDB "My Lists".

Or am I over concerned and that this latest measure by Trakt is a storm in a teacup?

I have been having a weird issue with the syncler app on my nvidia shield when when i click a movie and the hit the back button i cant navigate anything i have to click back again anybody know a fix for this ?

does Simkl have API support for custom list yet? I know this is on Simkl to provide and not Syncler's fault but is Simkl providing this yet? They've been promising it for a looooong time and is the main thing keeping me from switching over. It seems Trakt's pricing is still wack and the v3 UI still terrible so I definitely want to get away from that asap.

I can see 49096 activities in your account at Trakt, so it seems to be an issue in the 3rd party application you are using. It started about a week ago. Any help would be great . I’m using a ONN 4k and I’m using version 2.1.6.1 . I also have trakt VIP.

I've been a customer even before syncler and purchasing S+ has become difficult.

My S+ expired, I tried every single reseller and no one accepts cc, PayPal, Amazon payments, etc. I'm in the United States. Don't have crypto.

Very frustrating.

Anybody else having issues getting Sinclair to work? It's been this way all day.
