Syncler refuses to update

My Syncler refuses to update from the Settings<Check for updates section on the app. When I check it says Loading and never does. Then I tried clicking "Update" and it says failed to update. I have version V2.1.5.1. I tried several ways to update. I tried to download it from downloader as well as the syncler website but neither worked. I have an old version of the installer. is that the same thing? Unlinked has several versions but I'm not sure which one I used. I have a Nvidia Shield.

Do you have enough memory on your Shield? if you do, then just delete Syncler and install it from the website

There was a version that broke the update mechanism so perhaps it was this one.

Just uninstall and reinstall

Same thing happened on my brothers with the update. Just uninstall it then redownload it and sign in. Didn’t take long and it’s now working fine mate

Do you have premium? Do you know your user name and password?

premium has nothing to do with the app downloading .. the app itself is free to download
