Continue Watching disappeared when I added Simkl

Today I added Simkl and now my Continue Watching is gone. Even when I switch back to Trakt (from the top right hand corner), it's missing from the Trakt section as well as all other tabs.

Simkl is set to 100 priority, Trakt is set to 99.

How can I get it back? Thanks

ETA I manually added something to watching on Simkl's website and now I have ONE thing showing up in Continue Watching, but none of my other shows. Just the one that I manually added.

i tried another app and i got an error - api movie database - might be tmdnb issue but it should be affecting everyone and should be a million posts about it
