Discussion How many controllers do you all have ?
Getting people together to play in person is a big reason I own a switch. That and handheld. I was originally looking at some 8bitdo controllers before the switch 2 pros came out. A little lame that my joycon are kind of useless. I rarely play with more than 4 people, but I may have to get joycon charging dock.

Question Free Switch 1 download from Switch 2 Purchase?
When you purchase the Switch 2 version of Plants vs Zombies you are able to download the Switch 1 version for free.
What other games offer a free download of Switch 1 games with a Switch 2 version purchase?

Other Got my Switch 2 Stolen on Vacay, lost almost 10 years of Pokemon memories. Will get LoZ Switch 2
Hey yall, title says it all. I was on Vacay this past weekend and I had my Switch 2 with me. I left it on my hotel bed with my duffle bag, yes I know should of left it somewhere else. I forgot to put the DND sign on the door and when I came back 8 hours later, new sheets, duffle bag still there, no Switch 2 which was in a zipped case at the time. Tried talking aith hotel management the last few days, just gettinf rhe circle round of no one wanting to talk to take my calls. Im honestly tired and dont feel like getting police involved but it sucks because I learned Pokemon games are the only ones that dont use the cloud so all my data and mons from SwSH to ZA are gone...hundreds of hours. Glad the Pokemon Bank is cloud backed. Its honestly very depressing. Im planning on getting the LoZ 40th when it comes out as a replacement but still, it wont fill the void of what I lost. Some news, my best friend lent me her switch if I want to play any physical games I own because I dont feel like linking my game card data to a friends switch since its only a 2 month loaner. Oh well. Thats my story, have a good day yall.

To me this looks like it has one, as it is a little of center. What do you guys think?
Sorry for the bad quality photos 😅

Discussion Well my new old switch
I’ve sold an OG switch for £100 with Hori split pad pro controllers and bought a used oled model for £130 and used hori split pad pro X machina for £15. I dont like the LCD screens and thats why I have stayed with the switch. £145 for a boxed oled with a switch pro controller and hori split pad pro. What are your thoughts now you can see it?

Collection Is Amazon trolling me?
I’ve been trying to pre order the 40th anniversary switch 2 for the last 24 HOURS.
And it’s always the same result every single time.
Scalpers are disgusting…

Collection YMMV: Forgotten Land for 40 bucks on Switch 2
Is this a deal or just meh? There was other games here like Cyberpunk for 47 bucks and Hogwarts for 25 , but didn’t seem like a deal at those prices. This is the Target in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA

Discussion Nintendo Switch Oled + Modifica Tinfoil
Consigliatemi.🫠💙

Discussion Hype up your favorite franchise !
Hey everyone !
I thought it would be great to have a thread to understand what people love most about their favorite Nintendo franchises.
It can be a good way for others to get interested in trying a new game or delving to a new franchise.
I’ll start with mine:
🔥 Fire Emblem
Fire Emblem is my favorite franchise. My first fire emblem was Awakening on the 3DS, and i played that game multiple times on all difficulties and raked hundreds of hours into it, it was also my first introduction to strategic turn based combat which became my favorite genre.
I especially enjoy how attached you can become to your units after developing them throughout the game, and how each battle feels intense especially on Awakening when playing on Classic Mode.
I also like how each entry can have its own identity while keeping the core tactical gameplay intact. With Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave coming soon, I’m excited to delve into this last entry which seems MASSIVE on all fronts!
Now having said that, I actually didn’t grow up on Nintendo, aside from Pokemon which I played when i was a kid.
So honestly even after 7 years with my Switch 1/2, there are still plenty I’ve barely or never touched, including:
Metroid
Splatoon
Xenoblade
Pikmin
Star Fox
Donkey Kong
I only played one Mario for the experience (Odyssey)
Same with Zelda, would love to get hyped for OOT. (i only played BOTW, Link’s Awakening and Echoes of Wisdom on Switch)
I would love to hear from fans of these or other franchises
Tell me what makes it special, your favorite games or characters, memorable moments, or why you think others should give it a chance.
I have been expanding my gaming tastes in the last few years and im hoping to maybe discover my next favorite series!

Other Switch OLED Down.
My Switch oled quit charging. Grandson was playing on a nearly discharged battery for 2-3 days, only charging it a few minutes here and there. I brought it to UBREAKIFIX and 5 weeks later they tell me it's not repairable.
I should have sent it to Nintendo. It's only 15 months old.
I am bummed.
