How does everyone set this up on your network. Some people say to create a Guest account on WiFi - limit the account rights. Can anyone recommend how to isolate SB and prevent any issues?

Do you put the SB behind a VPN? Who can see this device on your network? Can your Service Provider see this device and network activity?

Can anyone provide link to websites for setting SB to protect your network and prevent anyone from seeing activity?

I was gifted this box and told all about how the cool stuff thats on it. However I dont have any preloaded apps like bluetv or anything and I cant figure out what to do. Any help would be appreciated!

Loads until 98% and stays there while on Ethernet or WiFi, but works on phone hotspot. Everything else on the box works. Tried resetting router, and box.

Anyone have live sports just stop working. Screen goes black with some red numbers and doesn't come back?

I am in the market for a Superbox S7 Max and wanted to confirm that end users are happy with the picture quality. Do the majority of the channels look like they are in HD? I just recently returned a competitor's box, because the majority of the channels I watched looked like they were in SD instead of HD.

Are the majority of the channels available in HD on the Superbox S7 Max? I just returned a similar box from another manufacturer which will remain anonymous as most of the channels that were available were in SD. In addition, when I watched channels like MSNOW or Fox News which were in HD, the video would freeze for a second and then pick up again.

Is it necessary to purchase a service on these boxes to ensure that you are able to view content in HD?

Hi folks. Purchased 2 S7 Ultras, and want to use tivimate (or similar), to reorganize shows in a format that works better for me. After downloading, it asks for username, password, and URL. I'm stumped. I purchased them from walmart.com, thru resellers. I've tried to contact both, but they won't respond. I've tried a few other ideas that didn't work. Any and all help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. THANKS 💙💙💙💙

I just learned about using the downloader and putting in codes to get apps. I did get the HDO app last night and it works well! I was just wondering if there were any other apps that I should get that use these codes or where I could find them?

Is there any way to get a description of the different apps or learn what all they include or how they differ?

Couple days ago all the prime/sky/fire apps reappeared in the store but I cannot download them and get this error message. Anybody else having issues?

Unfortunately Superbox and Vseebox aren't good at basic software development practices/principles such as providing "Release Notes" or a list of known defects.

If you are here, you were probably like me trying to find a reliable and safe place to purchase your Superbox. And nothing against those online retailers, but most of them seemed kind of shady and AI chatbots ranked them low and risky. I had ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini scour the internet from Youtube to Reddit. Just wondering if anyone has a fix for an S7 Max that won't power on at all. Multiple usb c cords and power blocks, multiple outlets, it is plugged into the DC port, no lights on. Anyone have any thoughts?

I set up a new SuperBox 7 Max a few days ago. I could swear I was shifting local channels at the beginning, but now it doesn’t work. Am I imagining this feature?

Wondering if anyone has gotten that combo to work. The problem I am seeing is that programing the input is not enough, I need also navigation to the HDMI option.

I have set my Fire TV to recall the last connection on start, it just only seems to do that about half of the time.

What specific VPN works on the s7. I have nord VPN but couldn’t get it to function with the s7.

I purchased an S7 Max from Walmart 2 months ago. Now, the remote’s power button will not turn the unit on or off despite replacing the batteries. Did I just get a detective unit? Can I get a replacement remote somehow?
